If we do not have enough interest shown in the trip by September 30, the trip will be cancelled and all money will be refunded. A second payment of $ per person is due on or before October 15, A third payment of $ per person is due on or before November 13, A fourth payment of $ per person is due on or before January 15, Final payment or the balance of the trip is due on or before February 15, The final balance will based on the number of trip participants and how the adults are staying on the rooming list and will be provided by the school approximately two weeks prior to the due date. 4 or Please note, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card payments. No invoices will be sent. Therefore, it is each individuals responsibility to keep their payments current. Space for the trip is limited, therefore, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis according to the date your initial deposit is received. Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price deductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following policy will adhere: Cancellations received on or before November 30, 2015 will result in an administrative fee of $75.00 per person. IN THE EVENT THE TRIP DOESN T MATERIALIZE DUE TO THE LACK OF PARTICIPATION YOUR MONEY IS FULLY REFUNDABLE. Cancellations received between December 1, 2015 and January 7, 2016 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between January 8, 2016 and February 18, 2016 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between February 19, 2016 and the date of departure will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. In the cancellation , please include the name of the school, grade and destination along with the name of the student and mailing address. Students who have been cancelled from the trip due to disciplinary reasons, academic probation or have changed schools will still be bound by the cancellation policy.
