3 Credit Card payments can be made by calling Thomas Tours at or Please note, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments. No invoices will be sent. Therefore, it is each individual s responsibility to keep his or her payments current. Space for the trip is limited, therefore, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis according to the date your initial deposit is received. Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price deductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following policy will adhere: Cancellations received on or before November 13, 2018 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person (non-refundable play ticket, non-refundable airline ticket, and administrative fee). Cancellations received between November 14, 2018 and December 13, 2018 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between December 14, 2018 and January 15, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person. Cancellations received between January 16, 2019 and February 14, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $1, per person. Cancellations received between February 15, 2019 and the date of departure will result in a cancellation fee of $1, per person. Students who have been cancelled from the trip due to disciplinary reasons, academic probation or have changed schools will still be bound by the cancellation policy.
