13 The EBRD s Green Economy Transition initiative In 2006 the Bank adopted the SEI (complemented later by SRI and GET) as a key strategy: to mainstream across the Bank s operations, and to increase the share of Bank business represented by measures which enhance the efficient use of energy and resources (water, materials) and contribute to the mitigation of, and adaptation to, climate change. The GET aims to further scale up green business volume, and to expand to new areas of activity, such as environmental protection and technology transfer Sustainable Energy Initiative (SEI) Sustainable Resources Initiative (SRI) Green Economy Transition (GET) Energy Efficiency banking team Energy efficiency Renewable energy Water efficiency Material efficiency Adaptation to climate change Environmental protection Technology transfer 13
14 Mainstreaming green financing Results in 2006 YTD 2017 FINANCED 1,400 projects and credit lines SIGNED 24.7 billion of green financing REDUCED 97 million tonnes of CO 2 /year 1,000+ directly financed projects with green components, and 300 credit lines to locals financial institutions for onlending to smaller projects For projects with a total value of 145 billion signed in YTD 2017 In green financing represented a third of EBRD s total business, up from only 15% in 2006 Emission reductions more than annual energy emissions of Romania +annual water savings of 200 million m 3 since 2013 equal to more than a third of annual water use in London 14
15 What is an Innovation Voucher? A voucher provided to SMEs to co-fund development, testing, certification, deployment or other external R&D services needed to develop technologies, products and services resulting in a reduced environmental impact. It is an EBRD initiative, with the support from:

22 Vrednost Bespovratna sredstva vrednosti do (bez PDV-a) namenjena MSP za pokrivanje 90 procenata troškova usluga istraživanja i razvoja u oblasti resursne efikasnosti Minimalna vrednost usluga je Preduzeće može dobiti jedan vaučer i u okviru istog projekta sarađivati sa maksimalno tri istraživačko-razvojne organizacije Nije dozvoljeno da preduzeća zajedno konkurišu inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
23 Uslovi za preduzeća Proizvodno preduzeće zainteresovano za razvoj novog proizvoda/usluge/procesa u cilju povećanja resursne efikasnosti Domaće, privatno i aktivno više od dve godine Između 10 i 249 zaposlenih Godišnji promet ispod 50 miliona Ne u bankarskoj, vojnoj, industriji igara na sreću, cigareta i alkohola Bez aktivnog ugovora za slične usluge istraživanja i razvoja inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
24 Uslovi za usluge istraživanja i razvoja Usluge istraživanja i razvoja koje podržavaju resursnu efikasnost i zelene inovacije i time doprinose zaštiti životne sredine Potvrda koncepta/razvoj/izrada prototipa/testiranje/sertifikacija novog proizvoda/usluge/procesa Inovativno unapređenje postojećeg proizvoda/usluge/procesa Ciljana obuka/savetovanje u oblasti upravljanja inovacijama i zaštiti intelektualne svojine inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
25 Primeri dozvoljenih usluga Šema klimatskih inovacionih vaučera u Ukrajini Razvoj automatskog upravljanja za kotao koji sagoreva pelet od slame Razvoj sistema za upravljanje, plaćanje i razmenu informacija za punjače električnih automobila Testiranje prefabrikovanih betonskih elemenata koji koriste 50% manje betona po m 2 Sertifikacija izolacionog materijala od prirodnih sastojaka, konoplje i vode Testiranje i patentiranje rekuperatora od kartona inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
26 Primeri nedozvoljenih usluga Aktivnosti prodaje, marketinga, uvoza ili izvoza Savetovanje u oblasti prava, ljudskih resursa, knjigovodstva, poreza i informacionih tehnologija Izrada poslovnih planova i strategija, analiza troškova, opše poslovno savetovanje Druge aktivnosti koje pruža neistraživačko-razvojni sektor inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
27 Istraživačko-razvojne organizacije Početna lista sadrži 46 pružalaca usluga istraživanja i razvoja Druge organizacije uključujući i preduzeća mogu se prijaviti za pružaoce usluga u okviru programa Fizička lica ne mogu pružati usluge Jedno preduzeće može biti ili korisnik vaučera ili pružalac usluge, a ne oboje čak ni za različite projekte inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
28 Životni ciklus projekata Istraživačko-razvojni projekti u okviru programa prate ciklus od 5 faza inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
29 Prijava Jednostavna i administrativno laka Popuniti prijavni formular (do tri strane) i poslati na inovacionivauceri@ebrd.rs Osnovne informacije o preduzeću i unapred izabranom pružaocu usluga Rukovodilac programa može pomoći preduzeću u izboru odgovarajućeg pružaoca usluga istraživanja i razvoja Kratak opis planiranih usluga istraživanja i razvoja sa jasnim opisom dopinosa resursnoj efikasnosti Prvi poziv za prijave otvoren od 5. decembra i traje do 31. januara, inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
30 Ocenjivanje i odobrenje Prijave ocenjuje i projekte odobrava EBRD Potencijal za resursnu efikasnot Inventivni nivo Mogućnost korišćenja očekivanih rezultata projekta u drugim kompanijama/sektorima/industrijama inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
31 Implementacija Preduzeće i pružalac usluge pripremaju i potpisuju ugovor za usluge istraživanja i razvoja koji sadrži i projektni zadatak EBRD priprema i potpisuje sa preduzećem ugovor o dodeli vaučera Odobreni projekat treba da traje do 6 meseci Rukovodilac programa nadgleda realizaciju projekta inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
32 Završetak Dobijeni vaučer se isplaćuje preduzeću nakonuspešnogzavršetka projekta i nakon što preduzeće isplati usluge u celosti Završni izveštaj i račun za usluge istraživanja i razvoja priprema pružalac usluga i dostavlja preduzeću Potvrdu da su usluge završene, dokaz o isplati usluga i popunjenu anketu priprema preduzeće i dostavlja EBRD-u zajedno sa završnim izveštajem i računom za usluge inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
33 Evaluacija U cilju merenja rezultata programa i planiranja budućih poziva za prijave EBRD može posetiti preduzeće nakon završetka projekta Procena da li su rezultati projekta primenjeni kao i njihov uticaj na poslovanje preduzeća inovacionivauceri.ebrd.rs 21
