8 Specifications and annotations Journey The planned trip in the "Package POSEIDON 1a" is related to the trafficking of navigation A/R from Bari to Dubrovnik (April 21) and return (April 25) and connection A/R with Bus from the Ferry Terminal of Dubrovnik to the hotel in Budva (Hotel Bracera****); on request and according to the availability of places, the same bus can pick up/transfer passengers joints/directed to Dubrovnik Airport. 11 For those who participate only to the events of the Day 23: meetings, lunches and Gala Dinner (primarily the residents in the area), it is possible the registration at the predicted day only. For the participation in the activities of the 23 to Iyforians, is required the use of the uniform ("Tropical White Long" - TWL for the morning and "Service White" SW for the gala dinner); for not Iyforians: "Business Casual", the morning, "dark suit" for the gala dinner; for sea activity of 24 is recommended "nautical clothes". Termination/Cancellation The rights of withdrawal and refund in case of cancellation are only applicable to activities that relate to the Tour Operator "Poseidon" and are those required by current Italian regulations (legal seat of the Tour Operator), it is possible, on request, conclude a special insurance policy for cancellations not already legally guaranteed (e.g. cancellation for health reasons); in case of cancellation will be produced the documentation provided for by law. The contractual conditions for the services of the company Poseidon envisage the following penalties in case of cancellation for reasons not covered by current legislation: 20% From the day of confirmation up to 3 months before departure 50% From 3 to 2 months before departure 70% From 2 to 1 month before departure 100% From 1 month until the day of departure For the day of the confirmation shall mean the 30 January or February 15, depending on the cases referred to in the next paragraph "How to Book" Personal Documents required The Italian participants and in general those belonging to "Community countries" will have to be in possession of the documents listed below (are indicated relative to Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro; everyone must adapt in relation to travel that take place) (for those arriving in Croatia (Dubrovnik) must be considered that in the transfer to Montenegro will have to be traversed for approximately 20 Km the Bosnian territory); for the citizens do not "Community", but in general for all, it is appropriate to inquire at the National Tourist Offices, also in consideration of the variability of the relevant standards matter Croatia Personal documents: For Italian citizens to enter Croatia enough the valid identity card for the expatriation or the passport. Often however episodes of non-recognition of identity cards paper renovated with stamp and electronic identity cards that have led to the rejection of card holders predicted. The license is not a valid identity document abroad and in the frontier cannot replace the

Documents for minors: From 2011 also to Italian minors is released the identity card and this is valid for entering Croatia. The green paper is no longer compulsory in Croatia, while for those who both direct to/from Dubrovnik crossing of Bosnia is necessary. Bosnia To visit the Bosnia and Herzegovina simply present the identity card valid for the expatriation or the passport. For this reason, in order to avoid remittances at the frontier, visitors are advised to provide your passport or identity card is not renewed. For those who go to Bosnia and Herzegovina by car we remember that the insurance cover of the Green Paper is required in the country of Bosnia. Montenegro For citizens of the European Union is enough to present the identity card, if you intend to stay for a maximum of 30 days, or the passport for a stay up to 90 days. It is not necessary to submit any seen. In any case at the time of entry in Montenegro is released by the local police, a pass that must be shown to the border police at the moment of the departure. If you must bear in Serbia, you need a valid passport and affixing the visa issued by the border post in Montenegro. Those traveling by car should be in possession of a driving license and paper movement; for the Car Insurance, for Italian citizens is sufficient to have the "Green Card" in progress of validity. It is advisable to check before departure that the form of the "Green Card" of which it is valid also for the Montenegro (checking that the box for this country is not ticked: see Box SCG, or MNE for the cards more recent). The motorist that enters the country free of "Green Paper" will be required at the border to take an insurance policy of Montenegro in the short term to the frontier post. Delegation to conduct: it reminds those who guide abroad a car does not own that it is advisable to have a delegation to conduct of the owner with authenticated signature.
