3 About Palace Bonvecchaiti The 4-Star Palace Bonvecchiati is a modern contemporary designed hotel located in the heart of Venice and within a few minutes walk of St Mark s Square, Venice Theatre and Rialto Bridge. The contemporary designed bedrooms come complete with Air conditioning, bath, flat screen TVs, safe and complimentary Wifi. As with all hotels in Italy a laundry service is provided to guests by the hotel at an additional cost. Breakfast is served in the adjoining Bonvecchiati Hotel La Terrazza Restaurant and guests have use of the fitness centre with gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi with panoramic views over the roofs of Venice. Guests can transfer from Venice Airport by water taxi directly to the Palace Bonvecchiati Hotel. 4 About Venice Venice is one of the world s top must see cities, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its many palaces, churches, canals and piazzas to explore and its classical music performances to enjoy along with its excellent Italian cuisine and wonderful architecture. The city of Venice is built on 118 islands all linked with 354 bridges and 177 channels. Venice is known as the city of masks, city of water, city of bridges and Queen of the Adriatic and is also the birthplace of Vivaldi, Casanova and Marco Polo. Venice has a rich trading history dating back to the 7th century when it was a republic up to the late 18th century under the rule of the Dukes of Venice and is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Venice has several museums, art galleries, churches and palaces to explore with a visit to the Doge s Place next to St Mark s Square a must see while there. Venice is also famous for its carnival and film festivals.

6 Conference Package The all inclusive conference package cost is 795 per person to include 2 nights in Double/Twin room in 4* Palace Bonvecchiati, lunch and dinner at the hotel on 21st September, private boat transfer to the hotel from Venice Airport from Aer Lingus flight EI422 on Friday 21st September, private boat transfers to and from the Business Session, private boat transfers to and from the Gala dinner on Saturday 22nd September & event management services throughout the trip. Conference package price does not include cost of flights.
