1 Flotta Italia Sud Est - Italy South East Fleet celebration of the Fleet Constitution Tenth Anniversary and the " Calabro - Lucano Squadron " Formation The celebration will take place the day 18 November 2016 in Brindisi, At the Grande Albergo Internazionale according to the following: The program 09,30-12, ,30-20, ,15-21,30 22,00 Guided visit to the city of Brindisi (optional activity to be booked) Registration of participants (Special Opening Temporary Philatelic Door) Conference/seminar entitled: "live the sea - a sea of opportunity" (attached the provisional manifest of interventions) Ceremony of the Delivery of commemorative plaque, Preceded by a brief presentation of the IYFR and of the Fleet Constitution Ceremony of the " Calabro - Lucano Squadron" Informal Dinner of greeting (at the nearby restaurant Betty) To commemorate the event will also be made a Philatelic special postmark, with 2 Filatelic Commemorative Postcards; The Temporary Philatelic Door of Poste Italiane will be activated in a gazebo of Poste Italiane, located in the proximity of the inlet of the Grande Albergo Internazionale, the door will be

2 operational from to 21.00; the postcards and the postmark will be inserted in the philatelic circuit of Poste Italiane for collectors For those who will arrive in Brindisi on the evening of the day 17, because from distant places (components of the International Bridge/national representatives of other Italian Fleets and/or on the eastern shore of the Adriatic etc. etc.), as well as for those who intend to/need leave Brindisi on the morning of the day 19 or later, was concluded a Convention, with the Grande Albergo Internazionale, at reduced prices; rates and reservation modes below and in the annex Always for those who will arrive in Brindisi on the evening of the day 17, the morning of 18 may could be dedicated to recreational activities attractions (there is the possibility to organise a visit to the city of Brindisi with specialized guide); The guided tour will be organized only upon reaching at least 20 participants for which it is necessary that the concerned to notify their participation within and not later than the day 12 of NOVEMBER, by transmitting the annex form of accession Finally, we report that, in order to contribute to the Services, during the conference a "desk" will be active where our Mariner, writer and philosopher, Bruno Storella, will make available, for purchase, some of his publications (covers and titles attached); It is reaffirming that the entire proceeds will be donated to the Services and nothing to the author - The purchase is optional. Rates and Reservations Participation in the activities, being also aimed at the achievement of one of the services the annual ongoing of the Fleet provides a minimum contribution of 5,00 per person this contribution could/should be paid at the time of registration at the appropriate "Info Point" set in the proximity of the reception of the Hotel Internazionale, on this same occasion can be retired on the "Ticket" for dinner with contextual payment of the amount of 25,00 per person. The organization of the trip, of any accommodation and meals, with the exclusion of the dinner on the evening of 18, are to care and a load of each individual participant; to facilitate the participants was signed a convention with the International Hotel with the following rates, all in treatment of B&B: Single room 75,00 per night Double room single use 85,00 per night Twin/Double Room 95,00 per night The hotel also has a garage with limited number of posts (reservation recommended with adequate advance); the cost of the garage is 13,00 per day. The convention also excludes any penalties in the event of cancellation/renunciation. Reservations of hotel services, to take advantage of the special rate indicated, should be made using the attached form, Relatively to the " Philatelic Special Postmark " and to "Philatelic Postcards", they will be sold individually at a cost of 3,50 each, while the complete series of two postcards, collected in mini-folder of Poste Italiane, will cost 6,00; the costs indicated must be added the cost of postage (variable in relation to the chosen postage stamp, between 0,25 and 0,90) The guided tour of the city of Brindisi will be, as said, organized only upon reaching at least 20 participants (accessions within the day 12 of November) and will cost, variable in function of the number of participants, indicatively of 5,00; (form of accession/booking in the Annex).
