Liability Polar Explorer Oy shall exercise pro-activity, contingency, due diligence and appropriate health and safety measures in accordance with the laws and regulations of Finland and Finnish standards of recommended practices of program services at all times when delivering offered services under these terms and conditions Liability Insurance Polar Explorer Oy, it s employees or any third party acting on it s behalf has a General Third Party Liability Insurance for bodily injury and property damage according to the terms and conditions of Insurance Company limited up to EUR Other injuries Polar Explorer Oy may only be held liable for personal injuries or material damage arising from accidents that have happened during the delivery of the offered services and which are caused by negligence of the the Polar Explorer Oy or its employees or sub-contractors or by the provision of faulty equipment. Polar Explorer Oy is not liable for any accidental damage or injury which has to be indemnified under the travel insurance of a customer. Personal travel insurance is always highly recommended. In case the Consumer is having any illnesses or disabilities (for instance heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems) that could affect his/her ability to take part in the Services, or if she is pregnant, she/he should prior to participating any Services consult medical experts about her/his ability to participate in the Service in question. Should the Consumer have an illnesses or disability of this nature, he/she acknowledges that he/she participates in the Service at his/her own risk. 3. Reservation, confirmation and payment for regular scheduled cruises Reservation can be done by info@icebreaker.fi or via partner access in online booking system. Please request your access by . Reservation is preliminary and is confirmed when the full payment is received. Payment terms 100% deposit due to 30 days before the cruise. For reservations made less than 30 days before the cruise 100% payment within 4 days after reservation. In case the deposit is not received by the due date, Polar Explorer Oy withhold right to cancel the reservation. Payment can be done online by credit card or by invoice. If you prefer payment by invoice, please leave a note invoice payment in Note field when making online reservation via partner access. We will send you invoice by to address mentioned in reservation. Charter cruise payment conditions to be discussed separately for each charter. 4. Cancellation policy Full cancellation: More than 30 days prior the cruise no charge days prior the cruise 50 % of the total amount will be charged days prior the cruise 75% of the total amount will be charged 9 days or less prior the cruise 100% of the total amount will be charged Decrease of the confirmed number of pax: More than 30 days prior the cruise no charge days prior the cruise 50% decrease no charge days prior the cruise 25% decrease no charge 9 days or less prior the cruise 100% cancellation fee for all Cancellation fees are charged If cancelled for any reason, including medical.
