3 ACTIVITY PROGRAM Day 1, Arrival 08:50 - Welcome to Rovaniemi! Your personal host will meet you in the airport and make sure that you have your entire luggage. You host will introduce you to the snowmobile expert who will take you on a day of snowmobile fun right away! 09:20 - Change of clothing in the airport s changing room. Clothes you have arrived in as well as you luggage will be then taken by our personnel to your hotel rooms and will await you over there. The closest time of your access to the luggage will be at 20:00-21:00 of the same day once you have arrived back to the hotel for the night. 10:00 Short 3-min walk from the airport to the snowmobile parking opposite of the airport, instructions from your snowmobile guide and departure by snowmobiles. Attention: there are 4 snowmobiles included into the price of the package and the driving arrangements are 2 persons per snowmobile. In case you would like to change it, please, let us know! Every snowmobile driver has to be at least 18 years of age and have an active driving license to prove his or her legitimacy as a driver. Driving in condition of alcoholic intoxication is strictly forbidden! Traffic insurance of the snowmobiles is included into the package. 4 Here your host and our sauna hostess will welcome you and make sure you have the most relaxing of evenings. At your disposal: whole inside and outside area for private use, stories and information about sauna from the all-knowing sauna hostess, traditional electric Finnish sauna, infra-red sauna, smoked sauna, Jacuzzi on the outside terrace, shower rooms and changing rooms, as well as opening in the ice on the lake for winter swimming. 19:00 Dinner in the cozy lounge room of the building (there is a cozy fire place and TV in the same room as well) Creamy mushroom soup with fresh bread & butter Sautéed reindeer served with potato puree, salted cucumbers and cranberry jam Glögg panna cotta with white chocolate mousse Coffee & Tea Our staff will also make sure you will have enough water! Note: Any time during the evening children (if any accompanying you) can have a short ice fishing session with your Spanish-speaking host. It is up to you and their wishes. The session will be taking place only a couple of meters away from the sauna cottage. 20:00-20:30 Car transfer to your hotel 20:30-21:00 Arrival to your hotel, brief for the next day s program and good night s sleep Day 2 Buffet breakfast in your hotel 12:00 Meeting with your guide at the reception of your hotel and transfer to the local Husky Farm (Please, remember to use your warm clothing sets! They will keep you warm and cozy at all times)

5 12:30 Arrival to the local Husky Farm, instructions from your musher and departure for a 3-hour husky safari. During the safari 30 min. stop for a small snack and hot drinks by an outdoor fireplace. Only those of you who are already 18 years old are allowed to drive the husky sleigh! Drivers can take turns in order to all equally enjoy the experience. It is starting to get dark around 14:30, so all of you will have headlights for the extra vision. 15:30 End of the safari and transfer to the Arctic Snow Hotel 15:45 Arrival to the Arctic Snow Hotel and tour around magnificent snow and ice building The Arctic SnowHotel in Rovaniemi in Finland is an entire world of snow, an experience destination that provides an exotic possibility to spend an evening sheltered by snow and surrounded by picturesque and placid Lappish nature and to experience Arctic specialities, including the Ice restaurant as well as the surrounding fields of snow! On arrival you will look around the Ice Hotel and make as many pictures as you want. If guests would like to visit one of the local restaurants or pubs, the guide will recommend one of the locations in the city center and make a table reservation. Day 3 Buffet Breakfast in the hotel 10:30 Meeting with your guide in the lobby of the hotel and transfer to Joulukka Secret Forest - magical forest where all Christmas dreams come true 10:50 Reindeer sleigh ride through the forest all the way to the secret location of Santa Claus himself Joulukka Secret Christmas Command Center! If you would like to split your trip to Joulukka into two parts modern and traditional, that can be easily arranged! Travel with a car for about 16 km and switch to the reindeer sleigh for the last kilometer! Enjoy the scenery, listen to the birds, enjoy the stars or the sun and prepare yourself to the fairy tale of Joulukka you are yet to experience! 11:20 Private elf-guided tour around Christmas Command Centre and Meeting with Santa Claus himself! Welcome to the forest of dreams! Come and discover how Elves are spending their days in Joulukka and join on a path that leads you towards the best kept secret of Rovaniemi: Santa s Secret Command Center. If you are on your best behavior, you have a chance to peek into the Command Center where the Elves are already busy preparing for Christmas and where you will, of course, have a chance to meet Santa Claus himself who has prepared presents for all of you! 12:10 3- course lunch in traditional Lappish Cottage served by the real elf! You also have an opportunity to purchase alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for extra price and pay them with card or cash. 13:00 Transfer from Joulukka to Kemi harbour 16:30 - Arrival to Kemi harbor and boarding the Ice Breaker Sampo 17:00 - Start of the cruise Once on board the Ice Breaker Sampo, you will have a presentation of the ship and a guided tour will take you to the massive engine room and the bridge. A delicious meal is served in the ship s cozy Sampo Arctic Restaurant (according to the menu and accompanied with a bottle of sparkling wine). Before returning to the port, the ship will make a one-hour stop to enable you to take a swim in the sea, comfortably dressed in a warm survival suit. At the end of this unique cruise experience, the ship's Captain presents each client with a certificate. 9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation and payment Schedule Groups: The reservation is considered confirmed upon the receipt of the first deposit, which is not refundable, in the amount of 30% of all reserved items and services for the amount of participants specified in the latest offer. The second deposit, which, together with the first payment, equals 100% of services ordered for the minimum amount of participants specified in the latest offer, is due on Lapland Luxury s account 1 (one) month before group s arrival. Proforma invoices will be issued for each payment, and payments are requested to be submitted by wire transfer to Lapland Luxury s bank account. Lapland Luxury reserves the right to release all space, which is not guaranteed in accordance with the payment schedule.
