1 BYLAW NO. 2625, 2014 FOR CONVENIENCE This document is an office consolidation of the above-noted Bylaw and includes the amendments listed below. TEXT AMENDMENTS Bylaw No. Adopted Amendment 2653, 2014 August 20, 2014 Amend the Regional District Five Year Financial Plan
2 FOR CONVENIENCE BYLAW No A bylaw to allow for a five year financial plan for the period 2014 to 2018, inclusive WHEREAS, Section 815 [Financial plan] of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C., 1996, Chapter 323, as amended, and Regulations passed pursuant thereto, requires that on or before March 31st in each year, a Board must, by bylaw, adopt a financial plan for a period of at least 5 years; AND WHEREAS a Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2014 to 2018 has been duly prepared; NOW THEREFORE, the Board of the Regional District of North Okanagan, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: CITATION 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Regional District of North Okanagan Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2625, 2014". GENERAL 2. The Five Year Financial Plan for the Regional District of North Okanagan for the years 2014 to 2018 inclusive shall be as per Schedule "A" as attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw. REPEAL 3. Bylaw No. 2585, 2013 being the "Regional District of North Okanagan Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2585, 2013" and amendments made thereto are hereby repealed.
