Follow Club Site signs to the site entrance. Due to proximity of M4, some background noise may be experienced. Site Fee pn plus 2 rally fee Limit 15 vans Attractions-A wonderful National Trust property which is often described as one of the architectural wonders of Wales, wander round the beautiful parklands and walled gardens. Visit the small village of Ystradfellte, and the stunning waterfalls on the Brecon Beacons. Continue for 8 miles. Enter the village. Go past Lea CP school and take second left signposted Lea Village Hall, and follow HCC signs. Atractions - A return to this site this year in the school holidays. An excellent site to visit the area and attractions such as Goodrich Castle, Wilton Castle, Thomas Blake Memorial Gardens as well as walking by the river. 2 Rally No. 3 Easter Rally 29th March - 3rd April Hampton Bishop Village Hall, HR1 4JY Rally by kind permission of the Village Hall Committee Directions- From Hereford take B4224 towards Mordiford. In approximately 4 miles turn left S.P. Village Hall. Site on left in 500yards. Look for HCC signs. Attractions - Happy Easter everyone. We will be holding an Easter Egg hunt around the site and an Easter themed social will be in the hall on the Saturday night. All are welcome to join us. See the HCC website for more details. In approx. 1 mile just after old railway station turn left SP Staunton on Arrow, site on left in 500yds. Look for HCC signs. Attractions- The Black & White Village Trail is a motor/cycle route through some of the prettiest villages and most beautiful landscape in England. The 40 mile circular trail leads west from the ancient town of Leominster, through a rich landscape of orchards, hopyards and distant hills, taking in the most picturesque black and white villages along the way as well as the little market town of Kington Site Fee- 8pn plus 2 rally fee Rally Marshalls - Mark & Christine Cherrington Assistants - Sheila & John Coombes Limit 30 vans Rally No. 5 Chilli Festival Rally 4th - 8th May Eastnor Deer Park, Eastnor, Ledbury HR8 1RL Rally by kind permission of Eastnor Park Estate Directions - From Hereford take the A38 to Ledbury pick up the A449 SP Malvern for 1 mile then turn right onto A438 for Tewkesbury until you come to Eastnor. In Eastnor pass the castle gates and in approx. 200yards then turn left through entrance to park. Look for HCC signs. Attractions - All things Chilli going on this weekend. You are advised to pre book your tickets to the events as they sell very quickly by visiting There may be some discount vouchers available on the rally field. SY8 4BG Directions - From Hereford, take the A49 towards Leominster. At Woofferton. (opposite The Salway Arms) turn right onto A456 for Kidderminster. In 1 mile, turn right SP Brimfield and then immediately left for Middleton-on-the-Hill. Site on left in 1/2 mile. Attractions - A popular site for our ralliers with areas of hard standing and grass pitches available. Activities are being planned to run during this rally. 3 Rally 7 National Rally 25th - 29th May Sledmere House Driffield, Yorks. YO25 3XB Directions -Full details in Caravan & Motorhome magazine and web site Attractions - Join us at the 2018 National at Sledmere House in Yorkshire, 25 to 29 May. More information on the event will be available later in the year. Site fee- See Caravan & Motorhome Web site for details Rally 8 Chairmans Rally /Judges Lodgings 29th May - 3rd June Walton Court, Walton, Presteigne. LD8 2PY Rally by kind permission of Jean Price Invitation to Gloucestershire Centre Directions - From Kington take A44 SP Rhayader. In approx. 3 miles, just past turning to B4362, look for HCC signs. Site on right. Attractions - A large flat field with beautiful views and a short distance from Prestegne where you can find the excellent Judges Lodgings. There is also a small farm shop on site for you to purchase eggs, milk and bacon which have all been produced locally. The near by Harp Inn is worth the visit for a meal. There will be activities on the rally field to support fundraising for our Chairmans charity. For more up to date information please see website. Site fee pn plus 2 rally fee Rally Marshalls - Paul & Janet Parbutt Assistants - The Committee Rally 9 Longleat House 8th - 12th June Longleat Club Site Warminster BA12 7NL Rally by kind permission of Caravan & Motorhome Club Directions- Follow sat nav to White Hart ( Postcode BA12 7PH) then follow the brown tourist signs to the site. Alternatively, turn left off the A36 Warminster bypass (Salisbury - Frome) at the roundabout onto the A362 (signposted Frome). In about 0.5 mile at the roundabout take the A362 (third exit) to Frome. After 2.25 miles turn into Lane End next to the White Hart public house. Continue past the Safari Park Entrance and Stalls Farm before turning left again. The site entrance is 200 metres on left. This is the only permitted entry route for caravans and motorhomes. Please note that estate routes may change in the case of a special event. Note: When using sat nav for directions to the site, please use the postcode BA12 7PH (White Hart pub at Lane End on the A362), and follow the brown direction signs to site. If coming from the Warminster direction on the A362 please do not attempt to take the first left after the Royal Oak pub as this lane is far too narrow. Attractions - Hear the lions roar from your pitch at Longleat Caravan Club Site - it's located right on the doorstep of the park. Club members can save 10% on day tickets, receive a special price on 2-day tickets and the exclusive Caravan and Motorhome Club 5-day ticket. 4 Rally 10 Bromyard Gala 28th June 1st July Bromyard Gala Site, The Burgess Farm, Avenbury, Bromyard, HR7 4JY Rally by kind permission of Steve Matthews Directions - From Burley Gate take A465 to Bromyard, after 6 miles turn right onto B4214. Site on right in 1 mile. Enter Gala site and follow signs to camping fields. Then follow HCC signs. Attractions - Actually on the gala site again this year, so come and see the gala spring to life, and enjoy all that this event has to offer. The catering vans stay open until early evening and there is live music in the marquees going onto in the evening. The camping field is sloping but does allow you to have views across the gala. Rally Marshalls - Mark & Christine Cherrington Rally 11 Monmouth Castle 20th - 22nd July Directions - From Hereford take Monmouth Showground NP25 4LG Rally by kind permission of Show Secretary Attractions- Monmouth is a Welsh border market town situated at the confluence of the Rivers Wye, Monnow and Trothy. With its bustling main street it makes a great destination for a day out! Monmouth castle dates back to late 11th century. Entrance to the castle is free. Also there is free entrance to the Nelson Museum and Local History Centre. Theme for this rally is Kings & Queens (Past & present) further details as they become available. HR4 0BE Directions -From north on A49,at traffic lights on Greyfriars bridge, turn right onto Barton Rd., then immediately left onto Greyfriars Ave. Look for GCC signs. Attractions - An invitation rally to join with the Gloucesters on the level field. Walking distance to the town centre for shopping, local attractions include the Broomy Hill Water Museum. Fish & Chips supper available Fri pm (pre-order requried), Sat pm - Cider & Cheese evening - small charge made to cover costs and profits go to Chairmans Charity. Site fee pn plus admin fees. After leaving Shobdon village turn left SP Shobdon Airfield. In 100 yds. turn left into airfield approach road. Look for HCC signs. PO33 1QL Rally by kind permission of Pat, Simon & Louise Glover Directions - From Fishbourne & East Cowes: Follow the A3054 to Ryde. From Ryde follow the A3055 to Brading. At the Tesco roundabout go straight across. Whitefield Forest Touring Park is approximately 1/2 mile along the road on the left hand side. Attractions - There is so much to do here on the Isle of Wight: walk through the countryside or on the beach, cycling, horesriding, watersports, jousting, take in local history or enjoy local produce in lovely locations, to name but a few. Just ask in reception, we're only too happy to help. Site fee - For car, caravan and 2 adults aged for 10 nights, includes ferry fare, plus 2 rally fee. A 50 deposit tis required when booking. We are planning to hold a social afternoon / evening with light refreshments. Just before A40 junction bear left over bridge, then immediately left again for Symonds Yat East. In approx 2 miles at T junction turn left for Ross. Site on right in 1 mile. Look for HCC signs. DO NOT APPRAOCH VIA ROSS WITH CARAVANS Attractions - 44th Annual General Meeting of the Herefordshire Centre will take place at 2.30pm on Sat Oct 13th. Full joint and family members are reminded that membership cards will be checked prior to the meeting. Only those with membership cards registered with the Secretary 35 days prior will be entitled to speak and vote at the meeting. A social will be held in the hall in the evening. 6 Rally 18 Christmas Shopping 23rd - 27th Nov Malvern Hills Club Site, WR8 0EE Rally by kind permission of Caravan & Motorhome Club Directions - From south: leave M50 at junction 1 (signposted A38, Malvern, Three Counties Showground); at roundabouts follow A38, Worcester. In 3 miles turn left into road signposted A4104, Upton. In 1 mile at mini roundabout turn right (signposted B4211, 3 Counties Showground). In 1.5 mile turn left (signposted B4209, Malvern Wells). In 1.75 miles at crossroads in Hanley Swan turn right (signposted Worcester). The site entrance is on the left in 0.75 mile. Do not turn right into The Camping and Caravanning Club Site. Attractions - A beautiful location and central for visiting Malvern, Worcester and Ledbury for all your Christmas shopping. Site fee - tbc pn plus 2 rally fee. Look for HCC signs. Attractions - Lots of Christmas activities going on over the weekend, including a visit by our own special Father Christmas. Limit 25 vans Rally 20 New Year Rally 28th Dec - Jan 1st Ewyas Harold Memorial Hall, Ewyas Harold, Herefordshire. HR2 0EL Rally by kind permission of the Hall Committee Directions - Take A465 from Hereford to Abergavenny. Turn off the A465 towards Ewyas Harold. The hall is on the right hand side approximately 100yards from the junction. Look for HCC signs Attractions - Come and join us to celebrate the passing of the old year and to welcome in the new one. Each night will be different and will include meals, games, competitions, entertainment and ending with a dress to impress night on New Years Eve. A new fancy dress theme is set each year, full details given when your booking is confirmed. An additional fee will be charged to cover cost of food.
