9 PACKING AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS PACKING INSTRUCTIONS The crates must always ship with the provided fomecore sheets to separate and protect the and the s. 10 PACKING AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (con t) Step 3 Stand upright with the pivot hinge on top. Spread unit into two equal parts. Step 4 Raise the top half the labeled TOP to its upright position. The top and bottom edges have tongue and grove channels. The channels should mate and fall into place. Step 5 Loosen the thumb screws. Slide the locking device so that it crosses over both the top and bottom halves. Tighten the thumb screws. Be careful, as the locking device sometimes sticks.
