As expected can't ride in or on any WDNR land.

All motor vehicles are allowed along with ATV/UTV's. 7/31/17 On agenda Town of Quincy initial proposal. Requesting a Town Supervisor, Town Attorny, Highway Dept. Supervisor, use of Town Hall. ATV/UTV Committee 7/31/2017 Committee 100% 7/31/2018 Town Supervisor joined our ATV/UTV committee for town representation. 1/25/18 On agenda Town Board big excuse who's going to police the town for ATV/UTV usage? And a letter from the town attorny. We didn't know the town had a crime problem. It's a redicoulous stalling tactic. 5/31/18 On agenda Town Board has done nothing in reviewwing the police situation in Quincy. No status, no report, no nothing, zero. Order ATV/UTV support signs and start placing throughout the town of Quincy on only 'authorized' properties. ATV/UTV Committee 8/30/2018 Committee Signs were placed throughout the town in time for 4th of July. 150 signs have been purchased. The sign campaign has been well received. With this current board nothing is going to happen or be approved. Just my thought. Adams County WDNR Warden in attendance along with Adams County Recreation Officer. 10/25/18 On the agenda once again for the 7th time. Let's see if we make any want to work with us. Working with sheriff looks like a deal in the making Memorial Day thru Labor Day cost $9,000 to $12,000 2/28/19 On the agenda once again for the 8th time. Still hasn't signed a contract with the sheriff it's been 13 mos. now and still on going. What a joke!

4 3/28/19 On the agenda once again for the 9th time. Let's see if we make any want to work with us. An 'All Roads' ordinance has been proposed. Town elections are April 2nd. 4 days from now. Hopefully they are gone! ATV/UTV Committee 3/28/2019 Committee 11/15/18 Quincy 2019 budget hearing. Met with Adams Cty. Highway Superintendent on signing cost on CTY 'Z' & 'F' and sumitted 12 signs at a cost of $1, /15/2018 Town Board & Adams CTY Highway Patrol Superintendent 50% No Action taken not added to 2019 budget, board said they will discuss at a later time. The RRR Club will pay for signs if needed. Submit ATV/UTV County HWY Route Application $ fee a yearly renwal fee of $50.00 Publish the proposed all roads ordinance as a Class 2 notice.
