2 REPORT FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear Members, Welcome to this edition of the Rawson Review! The changing of the season is the perfect time to visit your Club and experience all that s on offer in exceptional dining, first class service and five-star facilities. Membership renewals for 2018 is now complete and I thank you all for your ongoing support of our fabulous Club. Reflecting, our Annual Staff Awards were held in February and it is my pleasure to inform you of the winners of the main categories: Employee of the Year: Leigh Briscoe Middle Manager of the Year: Kelvin Chan Members Choice Award: Samantha Jones The Board of Directors congratulate the winners of the many Service Excellence Awards and all the staff for the great work they do. In April, we celebrated ANZAC Day and I would like to thank our Management team and the staff for once again organising and delivering events to the Club s high standards. Over 450 members of our community including servicemen and women attended this year s ANZAC Day Breakfast and the meal and service offered was exemplary. We have a wonderful calendar of events planned for the next quarter including exciting giveaways, great entertainment and delicious food. The new menu for Rawsons has now launched and I encourage you to grab a friend and explore the latest offering from Executive Chef Nick Whitehouse. Of course, if you are looking to host any kind of wedding, function, birthday or meeting I would remind you of our first-class ballroom and boardroom facilities.
