Our team of accomplished hospitality staff and catering managers will work with you to create the perfect menu. Paul Sim, our executive head chef, comes from a strong restaurant background and he and his team offer an extensive range of menu options, from food stations for larger events, to a few choice preferences for more intimate events. We also respect that sometimes clients will require dry hire for specialty, cultural or religious catering such as Kosher or Asian cuisine and we would be happy to discuss your exact requirements.
