2 Event Bradford Each of our venues has its own distinctive character, whether you are looking for a heritage or a contemporary space, all are unique and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that every event will be a great success. Many of our venues are suitable for location filming and some have recently been used for the BBC s Gunpowder series and ITV s Girlfriends. Event Bradford will provide an excellent service which is personalised to suit your needs. Whether for conferences, meetings, workshops or training, the services of Event Bradford can offer support with initial planning, delegate management, audio visual, technical support and on-the-day services such as meet and greet, feedback and review. 4 Services Event Management Audio Visual (AV) Catering Inprint + Design Our team at Bradford College will provide excellent advice and guidance for your event and can provide additional services such as a booking service, meet and greet and event signage. Our rooms have integrated audio visual equipment and Wi- Fi which is included in venue hire rates. We also have an AV team who will help set up your event. We have professional caterers who provide quality cuisine to suit all budgets. Professional catering staff can be on hand to provide service to delegates. We have an excellent design and print team who can provide all your event s print needs. 4

5 David Hockney Building Our main building on campus, the David Hockney Building offers a large lecture theatre, meeting rooms and breakout areas. 5

6 Advanced Technology Centre Our Advanced Technology Centre offers spacious breakout areas as well as a large venue hall. 6

7 NORDEC NORDEC has a range of specialist rooms available for hire, making it the perfect location for modern dentistry training. Whether you are delivering a workshop, exhibition or team building session, or you require specialist equipment to train your staff, NORDEC s specialist room hire has the solution for you and your practice. NORDEC offers full catering services and a manned reception area for delegates, including bespoke plasma screen showcasing corporate messaging. 8 Lister Building Home to our Dye House Gallery, Lister Building has highly adaptable exhibition space, lecture theatres and meeting rooms, and a contemporary cafe bar. 8

9 City Training Services City Training Services, our commercial arm, offers high spec and professional training and conferencing facilities ideal for training events, seminars, workshops, meetings and corporate away days. Facilities include a range of multi-functioning rooms with capacities up to 200 people, free car parking with CCTV, Café with full kitchen and dining facilities, air conditioning in all rooms and multimedia technology. 9

10 L Bradford College Event and Venue Services Location Bradford College is close to the City Centre and within easy reach of major routes and motorways and within walking distance of the railway and bus stations. Parking Parking is available on campus and free of charge for delegates. Parking must be booked in advance. Accommodation The College can provide low cost accommodation through packages with local hotels for visitors who need to stay overnight.
