Any content provided after this date cannot be guaranteed space. DIGITAL FILE submissions Please submit print ready advertising files via if they are smaller than 8 megabytes. For larger files or for ad design services ($35), please contact one of our sales representatives at or sales@great-news.ca. Print Specs All colours must be CMYK Process, no RGB, no spot inks. All transparencies must be flattened. All fonts must be outlined and/or embedded. All images must be at least 300 dpi Approved FILE types All ad materials must be a minimum resolution of 300 dpi or higher, in one of the following formats: PDF JPG TIFF EPS PSD Terms and Conditions Great News Publishing does not guarantee specific delivery dates. A valid credit card must be on file for all bookings and credit card payment may be processed for overdue accounts. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. $25.00 fee will be charged for any NSF cheques. Great New publishing reserves the right to run scheduled advertising as is in the event of: Failure to approve the ad within 24 hours of receiving of the proof copy, Failure to supply written notice of changes or cancellations to scheduled advertising at least 30 days prior to the publication date. For all advertising that is cancelled after the ad is confirmed, or before the contract term ends, a cancellation fee will apply. 3

Note: Great News Publishing reserves the right to reject customer-supplied inserts if they have been folded, are not designed to spec, or have been printed on paper that won t run through our machines. Great News Publishing requires that a printed sample be provided in advance of our production deadline.
