Ontario Heritage Permit Applications Requesting Approval Applications will be considered beginning at approximately 1:30 p.m. Please note those items that are time specific. i. Delegation regarding Application P at Brock Street. The delegation is requesting Council consent to the approval of alterations to the designated property located at Brock Street in accordance with the details described in Application P and the submission dated June 12 th, 2012 that was deemed complete by the Planning and Development Department on June 18 th, 2012, said alterations requesting approval for the installation of two vents for a portable air conditioning unit. The vent covers will be flush with the front wall and white to blend in with the wall panels. Schedule Pages Drawings distributed separately/usb ii. Delegation regarding Application P at 34 Barrie Street. The delegation is requesting Council consent to the approval of alterations to the designated property located at 34 Barrie Street in accordance with the details described in Application P and the submission dated June 20 th, 2012 that was deemed complete by the Planning and Development Department on June 21 st, 2012, said alterations requesting approval for the installation of a non-illuminated ground sign.
