BOWLS BACK IN ACTION Wagga RSL Mens & Ladies bowls has kicked off for 2018 with social and competition bowls in full swing. The greens are in great condition thanks to our dedicated greens staff who take great pride in providing an immaculate surface to play on. Twelve months ago the group of twenty ladies agreed that a swear jar was appropriate to keep them in line while they enjoyed the game. This coupled with a regular weekly donation has resulted in a huge $1000 being raised. The ladies have kindly agreed to donate these monies to NSW Cancer Council. Gail Chyb who was the organiser behind this initiative says Bingo is a great way to catch up with friends, share some stories and meet new people.
