2 GENERAL INFORMATION Arming/Dearming Areas: The approach end warmup area of each runway,140 heading for RY7 180 for all others.. Advise tower and radar that dearming is required. CALA located at approach end of RWY-31. Controlled Ejection/Bail-Out: Eject / bail-out within a 5NM radius of a point 10NM north of NAS Key West, heading in a northerly direction. If able, notify Navy Approach or Tower to allow warning other aircraft and alerting rescue facilities. Fuel Dumping: Under positive control of Navy Tower or Approach. Unless in an emergency, fuel shall not be dumped below TARPON is the Coordinator/Scheduling Authority for the NASKW OPAREA and works closely with other controlling agencies to ensure safety. Any changes to the Schedule Require TARPON approval. All unscheduled Flights require a one hour notice for airspace coordination CHECK IN PROCEDURES 1. After departure from NQX, ATC will switch flights to Tarpon BTN 9. Operable IFF and Comms required. 2. Once established in assigned airspace, Tarpon will direct flight to switch to assigned BTN. RTB EXIT ALTITUDES 1. Exit altitudes are as follows: : 9k. : 3k. HARKY: 7k. : 14k. : 5k ENTRY SOUTH DEPARTURE: At or above 6K FT prior to 10NM Arc. NOTE: HARKY IS NOT AN ENTRY POINT.
