1 11FEB 2019 v 2.2 Page 1/6 EVA Air Infinity MileageLands New Benefits Notice Starting March 5th, 2019, EVA Air will bring passengers Fare Family, allowing passengers to choose fare structures that suits passengers needs. Simultaneously, EVA Air will be offering Infinity Mileagelands new award benefits. Members will receive more benefits than other passengers. The more you fly, the more you get! 1. Mileage Calculation Infinity MileageLands members can earn award miles, status miles and flight sectors when taking international flights operated by EVA Air/UNI Air. The amount of each a member can earn depends on the Fare Family and purchased fare class of the flight taken. Starting March 5th, 2019, our mileage will have new names. Flight mileage and bonus mileage will be changed to: Award miles, which are earned on flying with EVA Air/UNI Air international flights, Star Alliance member airlines flights, Star Alliance member connecting partner Juneyao Airlines HO, our non-airline partners, extra award miles for birth month, can be redeemed for award tickets, upgrades or other rewards. Status miles, which are earned when flying with EVA Air/UNI Air operated international flights, Star Alliance member airlines flights, can be counted for membership upgrades or renewals.

Card Tier Upgrade and Renewal Details Basic P 100% 1 Plus Y/B 100% 1 Economy Standard M/H/Q 75% 0.75 Basic S/W/V 50% 0.5 Discount A 0% 0 Upgrading to the Silver Card: Starting March 5th, 2019, upgrade requirement for Green Card members have been lowered to 4 flights and 30,000 miles.

Upgrade requirements for flight providing Premium Economy class cabin service When passenger holds Economy class of Standard and Plus purchased fare tickets are eligible for cabin class upgrades. For member holds Plus purchased fare ticket, such upgrades require 1,500-11,500 miles less than before. a. (Note:Upgrade requirement is based on one sector route) 4. New Fare Family -Member Free Seat Selection Benefits A. Diamond and Gold Card members can select seats of all zone for free(including Extra Legroom Seats in Economy Class) B. Silver Card members can select Standard seats in Economy Class with Discount, Basic or Standard fare tickets. They can also select Preferred seats and Standard seats with Plus fare tickets. When Silver Card members purchase Premium

The standard terms and conditions of fare family products apply for seat selection of Green Card members. C. When members selected or changed the seats, the member status is based on the card tier at the time of the seat selection. D. Silver and Green Card members redeem redemption tickets, can select Standard seats in Economy Class and all seats in Premium Economy Class/Business Class in advance.
