7 Hotels & Tourist Development - Non Tenders Section Type Description ed Business News Primavera Touristic Village, covering 194,000 M2 area, 17 Km way from Hurghada City Center, now offered for sale in public auction. Deal is offered by Banque Misr in cooperation with the Egyptian Land Bank, the N.B.E. & the Suez Canal Bank. Detailed conditions are to get from Banque Misr against L.E. 1,000 from either Cairo or Hurghada branch. Deal is managed by the Auctioneer Office of Mr. Nader Khozam located 80 Mosaddaq St., Giza, Mobile Payment facilities are offered. Auction will be held at 8/12/2018 at 1 P.M. at Ramses Hotel, Cairo. The village comprises 470 hotel rooms & 238 chalets. Projects in Pre-Tendering Phase TK Group (of Mr. Tamer Al Kholy) announcing intentions to pump large investments in a project on the Red Sea involving a residential city worth up to $ 200 million. Mr. Tamer Al Kholy announced he is also now involved with another mega project to build 500,000 housing units in the Cote D'ivoir for completion over the next 5 years which sill mainly rely on renewable energy. Other similar projects are also in the pipeline in Senegal, Mali, Cameron & Sear Leon. New agreement signed between a major real estate development company operating on the Egyptian market and a leading European International Group involved with hotels construction & management. CEO of the Egyptian Group is Dr. Ahmed Shalabi, and he revealed that the deal covers the construction of 7 hotels in Fokka, on the New North Coast & at Jebel Al Galala, in Sukhna, valued L.E. 45 billion. Dr. Shalabi, also member of the Real Estate Branch of the Chamber of Commerce, stressed Egypt plan to develop new coastal cities and convert them into residential destinations year over is not new on the agenda of mature and ripe Egyptian businessmen. L.E. 550 million budget funds allocated by the Government to complete both the cost of first phase of Sharm El Sheikh National Museum & the historic mail sheep historic road in Luxor. Earlier this month Marakez signed a contract with Al Futaim Egypt to open a second outlet for Ikea of Sweden to sell its fast assembled furniture components set to be in Mall of Arabia.
