It is between the nautical Km and the nautical Km, on coast of Alexandria/Matrouh coastal road. It consists of eleven water islands on an area of 8000 m. One of the islands was fully allocated for the establishment of Atlantis Waterfront Resort. The islands and lakes, as well as the buildings were designed by the International designer Greg Coward and project buildings are Private and shared Villas and Chalets, with different areas according to the request of each client separately
