1 NOTICE INVITING TENDER No. NFB/Pers-36/119/ Dated: Sealed Quotations for supply of Tent Material items are invited on the following terms and Conditions for a period of one year. 1. The rates quoted by the parties should also include carriage charges of items to be supplied. No separate carriage charges shall be paid. 2. In case, chairs/tables supplied are in bad/broken condition and tent material supplied is not properly washed or not in good condition, NFL can reject the tent material for which no payment will be made and Tent Owner will replace the same forthwith. 3. The contractor has to complete erection of tent as per drawing/requirement and hand over the same to NFL within the specified time. In case of any delay in erection/completion of the shamiana or delay in supply of any ordered item required during the function and if there is any deficiency in the services provided by the Tent Owner such as poor quality of tent material, chair, tables etc., 10% of the rental charges will be imposed. 4. NFL Management reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of repeated complaints regarding the quality of tent material or the services provided or misbehavior by the tent owner or his representative/employees. The job for the remaining period will be got done at his risk and cost. 5. It will be the responsibility of tent owner to deliver and install the ordered material at the appointed place and taking back the same without any assistance from NFL. 6. The rates quoted shall remain firm for contract period and shall be inclusive of all taxes and service tax etc., as applicable. 7. The requirement of tent material items can vary depending upon the nature of function and tent owner has to supply the material as per actual requirement of NFL on the quoted rates. 8. NFL does not own any responsibility for any damage or theft of the tent material. 9. The waiters supplied should be well behaved and dressed in neat and clean uniform. 10. Period of contract shall be one year from the date of award of contract. However, NFL reserves the right to extend the contract for a period of three months on the same rates, terms & conditions at the sole discretion of NFL. 11. The rates may be quoted in the enclosed format without any cutting and over writing. 12. Income Tax applicable from time to time shall be deducted as per Income Tax Act. 13. Estimated value is Rs /- approx. The quantities mentioned in Anenxure-1 are based on the estimated requirement for the purpose of evaluation only. The quantity of tent material items can increase or decrease, as per the actual requirement of material required. The party shall quote the rates/charges for one day only i.e. for the day of function and the same will be payable for the day of function only and not for the erection period. Cont..2.

In addition to tent material items mentioned in Annexure-1, we may require some more items, which are not included in Annexure-1, for various functions e.g. Independence Day, Republic Day, Diwali Mela, Farewell Parties of retiring employees, VIP s visits etc. The party has to arrange and supply the items as per our requirement from time to time. 15. The parties are advised to submit duly filled-in quotations in format at Annexure-1 in the office of DGM(HR), NFL, Bathinda up to 3.00 PM of The parties should return NIT alongwith quotation duly signed on each page in token of acceptance of terms and conditions of the NIT. 16. The quotations will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day in the presence of tenderers who may wish to be present. 17. The offers submitted by the tenderers shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of the bid. 18. NFL reserves the right to accept/reject any/all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 19. You will submit a copy of PAN issued by Income Tax Department The contract shall be awarded on over all L-1 basis. 21. Payment of bill shall be made within 30 days of receipt of bill after making necessary deductions and statutory liabilities, if any.
