2 Welcome to the 1st GCC-KOREA Trade & Investment Forum! Co-hosted by the Federation of GCC Chambers (FGCCC) and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), the 1 st GCC-Korea Trade & Investment Forum aims to promote economic exchange and cooperation between GCC states and Korea. The Forum invites experts from both regions to share their views on diverse topics, such as SMEs, infrastructure, healthcare, IT, finance and culture, and also build relationships with prospective partners. Join us in Seoul for the 1 st GCC-Korea Trade & Investment Forum, and discover new possibilities for collaboration with leading representatives of the Korean private sector Korea Grand Sourcing Fair The Korea Grand Sourcing Fair (KGSF) is the largest trade fair hosted by KITA, and will be held simultaneously with the GCC-Korea Trade & Investment Forum in June. With over 100 buyers from 30 countries taking part in the KGSF, the Fair is expected to provide a unique opportunity for the GCC Forum participants to experience two events in one location. (* GCC participants will participate in 2013 KGSF as buyers and exhibitors from Gulf region.) Since 2009, global retail giants have attended the KGSF, and established longstanding ties with a number of high-quality Korean suppliers. KITA can also help arrange 1-on-1 meetings between GCC representatives and Korean companies based on various business interests. We hope you will fully utilize both the GCC Forum and the KGSF as a platform for networking and information exchange.

Participants will largely consist of ministry representatives and high-level officials from respective governments, as well as business leaders from both regions. GCC Special Showcase A special exhibition by GCC states will also take place in conjunction with the 2013 Korea Grand Sourcing Fair. The exhibition offers an ideal venue for GCC companies to advertise various services and products to global buyers and Korean companies. 1-on-1 Business Matchmaking KITA will provide matchmaking services for GCC participants through 1-on-1 meetings with Korean businesses at 2013 Korea Grand Sourcing Fair.
