14 Conclusions Japan JHSAT analyzed 6 accidents in 2010 Top 5 SPS and Top 5 Interventions are similar to US JHSAT and EHEST results Found IHST activities are also beneficial to Japan Helicopter Industry We push forward IHST activities in Japan and expect *JCAB and *JTSB initiative *Japan Civil Aviation Bureau *Japan Transportation Safety Board

15 Future 6 Analysis is too samll,we d like to analyze remaining 54 accidents 67 Accidents between /March 60 Investigation Reports are disclosed 54 Accidents are waiting for analyzed It takes 2years more to analyze them all To accelerate IHST activities,need more JHSAT teams and JHSIT JCAB initiative is expected
