7 H-IWG Methodology & Work Progress No existing ICAO document to start from Developed a customized Helicopter Pilot Training Matrix Licenses, ratings and operator-specific training Specified simulation features Assessed levels of simulation fidelity for training, testing, checking tasks Followed Airplane IWG methodology where useful Public messaging of H-IWG work, and consultation Submitted work with FSTD baselines and full documentation to ICAO (summer 2011) Publication by ICAO: expected early 2012 Projected Adoption by National Aviation Authorities members of ICAO (190+) 6
