3 National Regulatory Developments Projection of EU and ICAO regulatory requirements into national legislation i.a.w. MoT approved plan for 2011 (gap analysis), also reflecting the mechanisms required by the EC Reg 691/2010 Clear identification of the accountable entity for the state safety in the Law on Aviation Reporting/just/honest culture promotion versus implementation of commensurate penalties li in the Law on Aviation i fine line of balance Aviation safety promotion for Ministry of Justice CAA Processes and Reaching the Industry Reporting processing of the reports to protect the data and deliver the occurrence information for trend analysis Occurrence information provided to the respective CAA divisions for immediate safety action and audit program update Currently assessment of the CAA structure and the established processes among the departments and interaction with the industry Safety Action Group Implementation of changes - consultation with the airspace users, ANSP aerodromes and the military Different levels of SMS maturity across the aviation organizations is apparent during implementation of new safety related changes 3
