2 WELCOME A warm welcome to Reg s Coaches 2018 day trip brochure. Following a highly successful season last year, we are delighted to offer another exciting range of destinations for this coming year. Last year we revamped our day trip programme and made it a much leaner schedule of events and have continued with this theme this year as it has proved very popular with our customers. Having trimmed up the total number of trips, we have once again kept some of the much favoured ones and added a few new ones into the mix. During 2018, we aim to launch the Reg s Coaches Travel Club; a membership based club providing special offers, prize draws and the opportunity to be the first to hear of upcoming trips. We are also planning on running a series of Family Days Out during school holidays for those looking for things to do with the whole family. Please keep an eye on our website and add your name to our mailing list to be notified of both these events as they become live. Once again, all of our trips have been carefully chosen with you, the customer in mind and offer excellent value for money. All of our prices include Entrance Fees, unless stated otherwise, to make it more convenient for you and to save you having to worry about extra cost on the day. Failure to meet the coach at the stated departure time may result in the coach leaving without you. c) Payments can be made online, please phone for details, or by Credit/Debit card. 2: CHILDREN a) Unless otherwise stated the words child and children apply to persons 3 years & over and less than 16 years of age. b) A child under 3 will be carried free provided they do not occupy a seat and are accompanied by a fare-paying adult. c) Under no circumstances will any person under the age of 16, be allowed to travel unaccompanied. 3: CANCELLATIONS The company reserves the right to cancel any excursion at any time, should the company see fit to do so, provided that all passengers booked on the excursion are given reasonable notice. Under such circumstances passengers will be entitled to a full refund. 4: TICKETS All tickets are non transferable and must be produced upon request to the driver or other authorised person(s). 5: REFUND APPLICATIONS - Made thraugh Reg s Coaches Ltd only Any applications for refund must be received by our office at least 14 days prior to travel and must include the original ticket. Refunds will be given, less a 20% administration charge_ Applications received less than 14 days before travel will not be considered except in the case of illness and supported by a medical certificate. In these cases the ticket holder will be allowed credit to the value of the ticket, for use within the current season subject to seats being available. No other applications for refund or credit will be allowed. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE BY DIRECT BANK TRANSFER. 6: LUGGAGE Any luggage, pushchair or collapsible wheelchair will be conveyed subject to permission being obtained when booking and the ticket marked accordingly. The Company does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or delay of any nature howsoever caused. 7: SMOKING Smoking is not permitted on any of our vehicles at any time. 8: ALCOHOL Alcohol is not to be consumed on any of our vehicles at anytime. 9: CARRIAGE OF PETS No pets may be carried on any of our excursions/tours with he exception of assistance dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for the deaf. This must be informed to us at the time of booking 10: RETURN TIMES These will be strictly adhered to. No refund will be made to any passengers who are left behind. 11: COMFORT STOPS - FOOD & DRINK Stops will be made where possible and all passengers are requested to assist the driver by strictly adhering to times allowed for stops. Any person(s) not returning to the vehicle on time may be left behind and in such cases no refund will be made. Food and drink may be consumed on the vehicle at the driver s discretion. 12: FARES All fares quoted within this brochure are inclusive of admission fees (unless stated otherwise) but are exclusive of any other charges or meals unless otherwise stated. 13: ITINERARIES Information provided in our brochure is correct at time of going to print. The company cannot be held responsible for any alterations made by a Third Party for changes to any times, entrance fees, dates or venues. Itineraries are for guidance only and may be varied at the company or driver s discretion. 14: GENERAL The driver is permitted to refuse travel to any person(s) who is abusive or appears to be affected by drugs or alcohol and the company will not be liable for any refund. 15: FAILURE TO COMPLETE A JOURNEY The company does not hold itself responsible for any loss, damage, delay, detention, injury or other misadventure arising from any cause whatsoever, including cancellation, material alteration of a booking, breakdown, failure of any vehicle or from circumstances beyond the Company s control. The company will of course make every effort to maintain services and fares as advertised, but reserves the right, as it shall consider necessary to amend the same without notice.
