1 Student departure information We are pleased to provide all students attending the International Summer School with a transfer from our Norwich campus to your departure location. As we have students travelling to all over the world the s that you need to check in to you are very varied, and we have done our best to provide a suitable transfer for each of you. Students may be transferred from Norwich by National Express Coach, train, taxi or private coach so please carefully check this document for your specified transfer and transport. It is important that you arrive at your designated meeting point promptly in order for your transfer to leave at the allocated. Late arrival may delay other students or mean that the transfer leaves without you. 2 25 th July - Early departure to Norwich International Airport by taxi A taxi has been booked to take you to Norwich International Airport. Please arrive at the meeting point on campus promptly and a member of staff will take you to where the taxi will be waiting. 3 26 th July 01.05am - National Express Coach to Heathrow/Gatwick airport A National Express Coach has been booked to take you to Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Please arrive at the meeting point on campus promptly and a student ambassador will take you to the correct bus stop. The National Express Coach will arrive at the Main Bus Terminals for each terminal. Please don t get off the coach until you arrive at your destination Terminal. The same coach will then travel to Gatwick South Terminal. 4 26 th July - 6am Private coach to Heathrow airport A private coach has been booked to take students from UEA campus to Heathrow Airport, Terminal. Please ensure that you arrive at your meeting point on campus promptly and a student ambassador will ensure you board the correct coach. The coach transfer will be dropping all students at Terminal. Students will then need to transfer to the appropriate departure terminal.
