F all other queries, please call us on TRAVEL INFORMATION By Road Be prepared: It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with local road rules and abide by them. Most European countries have a list of compulsy equipment that you must take with you. F example, there is a new legal requirement in France to carry a breathalyser in your car. F driving advice and a list of the equipment you ll need, please visit GPS Co-dinates: E ` N ` Directions from Calais: Take A26 Reims/Troyes. Then A5 direction Langres. Then A31 direction Beaune (passing Dijon). Once at Beaune take A6 direction Lyon. Then at Lyon take A7 Orange (passing Valance). At Orange take A9 through to Narbonne (passing Nimes and Montpellier). At Narbonne take A61 direction Carcassonne. Take exit 24 on A61. Then take N113 into Trebes. Follow signs f Trebes centre. Cross the River Aude, continue to canal bridge and then cross canal. You will then find Le Boat 200m on your right. Road distance approximately 1205 kms 12 hrs. Directions from Paris: Take N20 all the way to Toulouse. Then join A61 direction Carcassonne. Exit at Carcassonne East and follow signs f Trebes centre. Cross the River Aude, continue to canal bridge and then cross canal. You will then find Le Boat 200m on your right. Road distance approximately 800 kms 8 hrs.

Please complete a taxi transfer request fm, found at the end of this document, and return it as instructed at least two weeks pri to your holiday. Fares are payable locally in local currency. 3 Car Transfers (f oneway cruises) If you are doing a one-way cruise (i.e. returning your boat to a different base), we can transfer your car from your departure base to your end base. Our staff are insured to drive your vehicle on your behalf, with the exception of rental vehicles. Car transfers are bookable in advance. We recommend that you arrive 60 minutes earlier f check-in and instructions. If you have booked an Early Check-in Service, please arrive at the base ready to depart between 11am and 12pm from 2pm. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are going to be arriving at the base late, you will need to infm the base directly. When you arrive at the base there will be a note on the reception do infming you where your boat is. The boat will be left open with the lights on f you to stay on board that night. The base staff will do the full briefing the following mning. UPON ARRIVAL: Our base staff look fward to welcoming you to their cruising region and aim to make your arrival and holiday as smooth and enjoyable as possible. When you arrive base staff will: Take a fuel deposit to cover the fuel you use during your holiday. Any extra fuel used will be charged on your return we will refund the difference f fuel you have not used. Take a refundable collision damage deposit if you have not purchased collision damage waiver. This will be refunded if you return your boat and its inventy undamaged at the end of your holiday Familiarise you with your waterways guide, maps and other helpful documentation provided to help you plan where you want to go and where you d like to stop. Brief you about your boat, the equipment on board, and the cruising area (places to visit, etc). Give you a boat handling demonstration on the water with one of our technicians. BASE FACILITES PARKING: Parking is bookable in advance. External locked compound - $60 per week Garage - $85 per week Free unsecure parking is also available.

This will cost $60. Opening hours Monday - Saturday: 09:00-19:00 FISHING Fishing is allowed, however a fishing permit is required. The permit can be obtained from the local newsagents. YOUR RETURN Your boat should be returned and unoccupied by 9am on your last cruising day ( by midday if you have booked a Late Check-out).
