4 Le Manoir de Canet d'aude is a very grand and sympathetically restored Maison de Maitre or Master s Mansion House of the Beautiful Era based in the Languedoc, South of France, near Narbonne and MEDITERRANEAN BEACHES. It was built in 1830 as a show of influence for the wealthiest local landowner and wine producer in the area. This Grand and Spacious Wedding Venue, Honeymoon & Holiday Home is 550 square meters in size. It has 7 Large Double Bedrooms with extremely flexible accommodation. It accommodates up to 14 people in beds, a further 3 on quality pop up beds & 3 cots.

Le Manoir de Canet d'aude (Built 1830) is 20 minutes from Narbonne on the South Coast near Quality Beaches, reached easily by Road, Rail and via 7 Main Airports Locally - Carcasonne, Bezier, Perpignan, Montpellier, Toulouse, Nimes and then Girona & Barcelona Airports in Spain - Making it easy for all the guests to get here. We can provide a wonderful Classic French Period Setting for your Ceremony with Champagne Cocktails, then a Formal Sit Down Gastronomic Dinner & Evening Entertainment Enjoyed both Outside and Inside in a variety of great atmospheric locations that all flow together - With our Sun Terrace, Beautiful Front Courtyard, Formal Dining Room and Ballroom for you and up to 50 of your very special guests.

12 WEDDING PLANNING The Happy Couple are required to use the tried and tested formula of the House Keeper, Small Staff, Wine Cellar and other service suppliers, as they know from practice Le Manoir inside and out making your Special Day run smoothly, leaving you to just relax and enjoy it all. CEREMONY We are able to provide English speaking Symbolic and Spiritual Wedding Ceremonies here at Le Manoir de Canet d'aude. CATERING The House Keeper & her small staff provide all the catering required. She can provide whatever the Wedding couple require. Please enquire and she will price accordingly. Le Manoir also has a Cellar full of Delicious and well priced Wines. GUESTS ACCOMMODATION 14+ can stay in the 7 Doubles in the main house at Le Manoir. When available, a further 8 can stay at the sister property The Old Winery next door. The owners have a further accommodation list for Local B&B's, Hotels within the village, or very close by.

15 «Le Manoir de Canet d'aude» has been recently lovingly restored and decorated to the highest of standards and was transformed into a very large Wedding Venue and Holiday Property retaining all of its original character. It offers the perfect, idilic and relaxed location for 14 guests in 7 double bedrooms. 4 well proportioned bedrooms all with en suites are located on the first floor, with 3 further bedrooms with a large shared family large shower room are on the top floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen including 2 dishwashers, microwave and 2 fridges as well as a dining table, perfect for casual breakfasts and a quick snack. To compliment your entertainment the kitchen also has an ipod docking station as well as English Satellite TV.

16 The kitchen leads onto the Private Gravel Courtyard with a summer kitchen and BBQ as well as outside seating for up to people for alfresco dining. Just above the kitchen on the raised ground floor reached via a sweeping architectural staircase and drinks terrace is the dining room with gorgeous period features and views over the front courtyard and gardens. And finally, there is a well stocked Honesty Wine Cellar with some of the most delicious and well priced wines from the Languedoc!
