2 What is Norwich BID? Norwich businesses making positive collective decisions. A fund to improve and enhance the working and trading environment businesses consulted, 666 levy payers. 79% by number and 91% by rateable value voted yes. Board elected 19 local businesses Levy payment used effectively on priorities for the city: 3m over 5 years. 5 year business plan.
