There are direct buses to Sunderland, Peterlee and surrounding areas and a range of connecting services taking you through to Durham and Newcaslte. Rail Seaham has its own train station on the rail link running from Teesside, to Sunderland City Centre and on to Newcastle Central Station. By changing at Sunderland, the Metro system can be accessed, opening up the majority of Tyne and Wear with rail and light rail connectivity. Air Newcastle international airport is approximately 28 miles North of Spectrum Busines Park. This international aiport has regular direct flights to over 70 destinations including Dubai, New York, Warsaw, Berlin and Amsterdam.
