From am to 6.00 pm, the big Life on the Beach party will take place at the West Beach of the campsite, followed at 9.00 pm by the entertainment in Piazza Lido with il Trasformista! Special event at the Dog Camp, too: from 9.00 the musical entertainment at the Dog Camp square with Sassa&Guitarbò & Dog Pool Party! NR. 14 UNION LIDO OLYMPIC GAMES Concurrently with the Rio Olympic games 2016 (event that as always will be broadcasted in some of our bars in our Resort) Union Lido will have their own Olympic Games: sport events, 2 disciplines a day until 20 th August! 2 GALLERY IN THE STREET, IRISH PARTY AT THE BEACH BAR Tuesday 16 th August from 6. p.m. in the Shopping Center, the Gallery in the street Artists at work! Later, starting from 9 p.m. at the Beach Bar, (east side beach of the campsite) a funny Irish Party with the animation team! MASTERGRILL Tuesday 16 th August appointment with Mastergrill, the International grilled meat competition! Our Guests, in couples, will test themselves in cooking some different kinds of meat that can be bought at the supermarket Tourist Market.They will be judged by a panel and the winners of each evening will be rewarded with a very special dinner. MINI TALENT SHOW Tuesday 16 th August, from 9 p.m. at the amphitheatre, our little guests are the main characters of the evening with the Mini Talent Show organized by our Animation team! From 6.30 pm at the Shopping Center, exposition of refined seashells in collaboration with the shop Venice Art and Stella Diving Center. We remind you that the Universiade suggest funny trials and games in swimming pool like the famous Games without Frontiers. At the Ca Rustica Restaurant, Pork on a spit tasting! BUBBLE SOCCER! Are you sport persons who love soccer but you don t want to miss out on all the fun? Our Bubble Soccer tournament is something for you. ART PALIO AND EXHIBIT OF THE ARTIST ANDREA TAGLIAPIETRA The exhibit Beyond the body goes on at the conference hall, with the works of the artist Andrea Tagliapietra, author of the Art Palio 2016 of the Palio Remiero of the districts of Cavallino Treporti. The exhibit is open everyday with free entry, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. until 28 th August

6 ON DISCOVERY TOUR BY THE SEGWAY Every Sunday A different relaxing and funny way to discover Cavallino Treporti! It is an unique and original experience for having a tour across our coastal area, on board of the friendly and flexible Segway. It s an amusing, electric vehicle on two wheels for one person. The Segway is a kind of intelligent scooter, silent and ecological and doesn t have any effect regarding the environmental pollution. We offer sightseeing tour which provides a touristic round trip on two wheels. The tour will be of about one hour and twenty minutes and costs 30,00 per person. The minimum age for driving the Segway is 14 years, in case that the children won t be accompanied by their parents. The excursion starts from the campsite Union Lido and you sign up at the Information Office in the pedestrian area. In addition to making easier to get around inside the Campsite, the two vehicles provide a reduction in the circulation of automobiles, increasing safety on the streets. IMPORTANT: The shuttle service can be accessed ONLY from the stops indicated by the signs (see map) Children below 12 years of age can only use the service if accompanied by an adult. The minimum travel time for each line is about 25 minutes. All three routes and their respective stops are depicted in the Welcome Notebook s map, distinguished by different colors. 7 Most probably, you will want to visit Venice. We would advise to wear suitable clothing especially for visiting churches and museums. If you decide to visit Venice by yourself, you can use the excellent bus boat public service. From to there will be also a special ATVO bus from Union Lido to Punta Sabbioni and back, every day except Sundays and festivities.
