1 NR. 09 STRANUOTATA (SWIMMING RACE) Monday 20 th July the first edition of the Stranuotata, Swimming race in the sea. The race is of over 1000m in the sea and is open for adults and children. The start is scheduled at am on the east part of the beach, the last jetty, and the finish line is the jetty on the west side. The length of the race is 1000 metres and it will be supervised by our lifeguards. All participants will receive a medal, whereas the winners of each category will receive a cup. We would like to remind you that the participation is free of charge and to take part you can go to the Animation Office to put your name down! JOY SINGER Monday 20 st July, from 9.00 pm the Joy Singer Gospel Choir will be singing in Piazza Lido. The Venetian Gospel distinguishes itself by originality and its interpretations: the Afro American sound is the base and the inspiration of its repertoire, which ranges from traditional spirituals and gospels, to film soundtracks, and to some recent tracks, all reworked with original arrangements. PROMO ACTIVITY Sunday 19 th July and Sunday 29 th July, appointment with the Promo Activity at 7.30 pm in Piazza Venezia! During the Promo Activity you will have all the information about excursions and routes to get to Venice and to explore the Cavallino Treporti lagoon, to play the sports which Union Lido and Cavallino Sport Center offers to their guests and on the events which will take place, during the week, in the different locations of our Resort. Our animators will be present to have a first meeting with our youngest guests and to explain all the animation activities, from the mini club in the morning to the baby disco in the evening. 8 BICYCLE HIRE The bicycle hire center is in the Camping Market, in front of exit to the resort. A range of bicycles are available for Guests: Scott mountain bikes, city bikes and children s bikes. FOOTBALL SCHOOL UNION LIDO Starting from Whitsun, all children between the age of 6 and 11, whether they are experts or novices, will have the possibility to play football, under the watchful eyes of a coach with experience at a professional level. 9 W10 LEISURE BUILDING The exclusive W10 Leisure Building is a new health concept that is completely unprecedented in the world of camping parks. The multi purpose building has a 13m x 5,3m indoor endless pool, an 9m x 7,8m outdoor pool, a steam bath, hydro massage tubs, an indoor relaxation area and solarium.
