1 NR. 03 CONTRADA FEAST AND PALIO REMIERO This year there will be the fifteenth edition of the Palio Remiero delle Contrade of Cavallino Treporti and it is planned for Sunday 15 th June. The challenge recalls the competition among the greengrocers of Sant Erasmo, Vignole and Cavallino, that every morning went with their boats to Rialto market in order to sell the products of their lands, creating genuine challenges in order to arrive first and take the better places. An event where sport and tradition blend and where the lagoon becomes a setting of an unique and wonderful show both for the citizens and for the many tourists that are in our coasts during summer. BOBBY LIVE SHOW Sunday 15 th June(at 7.30 pm in Piazza Venezia), Wednesday 18 th June (at 7 pm in Amphitheater), Friday 20 th June (at 5 pm in Amphiteather), Sunday 22 nd June (at 7.30 in Amphitheater) musical fun for everyone with Bobby, the circus monkey. In its live show, Bobby tells the tale of its entertaining adventures accompanied by lovely songs. You can sing, dance and make music together with Bobby while having a brilliant time. Verena Huber holds Bobby and is its voice. Robert Benedetti accompanies all their songs on guitar, and everyone can join in. Bobby fascinates and brings children together, encouraging them to take part and sing along with her. For further information: NIGHT RUN AND MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT Tuesday 17 th June appointment with the first edition of the Night Run Union Lido, a night run along the Resort s streets! The competition, which is noncompetitive, will take place along the internal streets of the Resort. Start at 8.00 pm and arrival in Piazza Lido, where since 7.15pm will be also given the plastrons. All participants will receive a special medal and the winners a cup! Participation is free of charge and for any further information and/or inscription ask directly the Animation Office in Piazza Venezia. After that, always in Piazza Lido, award ceremonies and from 9.00 pm, music entertainment evening!

The soprano Tosca Bozzato, the tenor Orfeo Zanetti, the baritone Giovanni Guerini will perform arias, romances opera, operetta and songs. At the piano the Master Alessandro Papale. 8 DIVING CENTER UNION LIDO You can learn to dive and at the end of the course you will receive the international P.A.D.I. licence. There are deep sea excursions as well as a range of diving equipment to suit all levels of experience. The Adriatic Sea offers many interesting sites for diving, for both experienced and amateur divers. The Union Lido Diving Center offers all types of excursions for different levels of experience, for example visiting shipwrecks or the Tegnue. The Tegnue is a group of rocks, an oasis of biodiversity. Their name was given to them by fishermen who used to complain that the rocks caught and ruined their nets. It is a very rich ecosystem where thousands of tiny organisms can feed; it is also a natural site for the reproduction of numerous fish species.
