3 Salar de Atacama The highest grade lithium salar in the world Salar de Atacama is the world's largest and purest active source of lithium, containing 27% of the world's lithium reserve base. Atacama Lithium Producers SQM Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile Soquem or SQM ) is the worlds largest Lithium producer S.L.M. (now Albemarle) is one of the main lithium producers in the world. Albemarle has a lease and CEOL with CORFO to produce 60Kton of Li Carbonate The lithium that moves the world is produced in Chile and we do it in Albemarle. The claims have similar geology to the nearby Monturaqui claims. Salar West Proposed Geophysics 10 Geophysical TEM lines totaling 54 line kilometers are proposed on the Salar West 2 southern most claims to delineate the depth and size of the aquifer. 4

5 Monturaqui Claims (in the process of being optioned/sold ) Salar de Atacama Monturaquie Claims 28,300 Ha Although the Monturaquie claims are in the process of being optioned/sold the results of the geophysics completed on the Monturaqui claims for identifying lithium bearing aquifers could possibly be used as a reference for the Salar West claims for which geophysics is planned for Geophysical Resistivity Study using the Time Domain Electromagnetic Method (TEM) is a proven successful method for determining the depth of the water table and the presence of deep brines. Geophysical surveys completed in Nov 2017 over less than 15% of the concession indicated the presence of Lithium bearing aquifers between 80 and 350 metres in thickness and at a depth of between 80 metres to 250 below the surface with an estimated volume of over 1.8 Billion cubic meters 5

It is a deposit, considered to be of world class significance. Boron Borates and halite deposits are documented at "Salar De Pajonales." Boron Borates is present at a grade sufficient to have a strong effect on the economics of an excavation project. It may even be viable as the only commodity mined. The halite at this site is economically interesting but not currently recoverable. At the time this deposit was surveyed, ore mineralization was documenting in an outcrop, shallow pits, or isolated drill hole. Aside from routine maintenance, there has been no production and little or no activity since discovery. This also means that details including grade, tonnage, and extent of mineralization are unknown. 8

9 New Lithium Extraction Technology Efficiency and Smaller Environmental Footprint Recent technological advances in lithium extraction have significantly increased efficiencies in the time and recovery. Also the environmental footprint and impact has been significantly reduced. The conventional process for extracting lithium from brines requires large evaporation ponds that are vulnerable to weather, large quantities of chemical inputs, and long periods of time for construction and processing. This conventional process also suffers from low lithium recovery and cannot access new lithium resources in the US and around the world. 9kms Evaporation Ponds New solvent extraction technologies will no longer require evaporative pre concentration. Lithium brine production will have a relatively small environmental foot print. Disposal of spent fluids and uneconomic salts can now be reinjected into the subsurface. 10 Chile election: Conservative Piñera elected president Pro Mining Government In December 2017 a conservative billionaire and former president, Sebastián Piñera, won Chile's presidential election. It was a clear move to the right for the country, which is currently led by socialist President Michelle Bachelet. He has already governed the country from 2010 to 2014, when he ended two decades of uninterrupted centre left rule. Mr. Piñera had the support of the business community, promising to lower taxes to get the economy growing again. He also expressed full support for the mining community. He is expected to remove lithium as a strategic metal and make it readily available for private production. 10
