17 CUMULATIVE TONS IMPORTED (SOUTH AFRICA) INVESTOR PRESENTATION APPENDICES SUGAR IMPORTS AND DUTIES Cumulative tons imported from 1 April 2016 and 2017 (start of industry year) A total of tons have been imported for the six months ended December 2017, up 113.3% (H1 2017: tons) DUTIES Imports have risen following the decrease in duties.
