The lantern is about 4 meters high, weighs about 700 kg and is famous as the face of Asakusa. Tokyo Sky Tree is the highest building in Japan at a height of 634m above the ground. Sumida Park Ueno Park houses Japan s oldest zoo, as well as a national museum, art gallery and other cultural facilities. Many Chinatown visitors can be seenenjoying the thick, juicy taste of freshly steamed nikuman as they stroll through the streets. A historic, symbolic tower of the port town of Yokohama. At a height of 91m, visitors can view the waterfront from the observation floor, and the view of the Yokohama Bay Bridge and scenery at night is beautiful. The sale of up to 3m long tuna at the fish market here is a sight to see and visitors can watch approximately 400-1,000 being sold each day from the free observation course on the second floor (open from 8A.M. to around 10:30A.M.). Visitors can also enjoy an extravagant menu of dishes using the fresh seafood from the market at the cafeteria in the facility.
