1 USF Sun Dome A to Z Guide A Accessible Parking Disabled parking is located in all lots surrounding the arena. A disabled parking permit is required for admittance into the disabled parking areas. Accessible Seating Disabled seating is located throughout the arena. Based on the event, there may be seats available on the floor level, main concourse level, or the upper level. Before purchasing tickets, please inform the ticket office of your need to sit in a disabled section. Tampa International Airport 4424 N West Shore Blvd. Tampa, FL Aisle Courtesy For the safety of all our guests, standing or sitting in the aisle is not permitted. Please be aware of your surroundings and be courteous to those around you. Alcohol Service Management/Policy All alcohol purchases must be made with a valid state issued driver s license. You must be 21 years of age and will be asked to present a valid ID. Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside the USF Sun Dome. The USF Sun Dome reserves the right to refuse admittance. ARAMARK International food service giant, ARAMARK offers fine catering services and delicious concessions at nine unique stands inside the arena concourse and the Arena Club. ARAMARK is the exclusive food and beverage provider of the USF Sun Dome. Assisted Walkers A guest with an assisted walker may fold it up and store it by their seat as long as it does not block the aisles.

2 Assistive Listening Devices For guests that need audio assistance, please stop by the Guest Services desk located in the Gate A lobby to receive a device. You will need to provide a valid photo ID which will be kept by our staff until the device is returned at the end of the event. ATMs B ATMs are located on the concourse level of Gate A and Gate D as well as outside the Gate A Entrance. Baby-Changing Stations Baby-changing stations are available in all restrooms and family restrooms. Backstage Passes Backstage passes are not available for purchase. Bag Searches All bags that are permitted inside the arena will be subject to a search by our Sentry Security. Guests with prohibited items will be asked to return to their vehicle prior to entering the arena. Banners and Signs Signs are allowed however, the sign must not be offensive in any manner or oversized. The USF Sun Dome reserves the right to deny use of any sign at any time if it contributes to less enjoyment of another patron. This policy is subject to change pending tour request. Basketball Game Dates and Times Please refer to one of the links below Basketball Game Length There are (2) 20 minute halves. On average a game last approximately 2 hours. Bicycle Parking There is bicycle parking available outside, in front of all gates. Binoculars Binoculars are permitted. Bottles and Containers Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside the USF Sun Dome. Box Office The main box office is located at Gate A. The box office sells tickets for USF Sun Dome and USF Athletics. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Broken Seats If your seat is broken, please contact your nearest usher or report to the Guest Services desk located in Gate A.

3 C Camera Policy Small non- professional cameras are allowed in the building for most events. Professional cameras can be classified as any camera with a detachable lens. Policy is subject to change per tour request. Cancelled/Postponed Events In the rare event that an event must be cancelled or postponed, please visit the USF Sun Dome website at for the most up to date information regarding your tickets. Charities The USF Sun Dome plans at least one (1) charitable event each quarter. Past partnerships include: Canned Food Drive and Clothing Drive with Metropolitan Ministries, helped out at Big Cat Rescue, donated tickets and a meet & greet to Children s Dream Fund, donating toys to Shriners Hospital, helped out at the Humane Society of Pinellas, and raised funds to support charities by auctioning off autographed memorabilia (Foundations Include: The Tyler Robinson Foundation, Invisible Children, United Ways of Colorado Flood Recovery Fund, and Meals on Wheels of Tampa). Global Spectrum Charities was established by Global Spectrum, to improve the quality of life for people living in regions throughout the US and Canada where the public assembly facility management company operates a stadium, arena, convention center or theatre. Child s Ticket Policy All children under the age of two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events as long as they sit on a lap. The age limit is subject to change based on the show promoter request. Coat Check There is no coat check at the USF Sun Dome. Concessions See Aramark Credit Card Policy The USF Sun Dome ticket office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The USF Sun Dome Concessions stands accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. USF Dining Dollars are also accepted at the Gate D stand and West Stand.

4 D Directions to USF Sun Dome From St. Petersburg/Clearwater Take 275 North to Fowler Avenue in North Tampa. Exit right at Fowler and proceed 3 miles to main campus entrance on north side of Fowler. Turn left into main entrance. To proceed to all athletic facilities, take the first right, once inside the main campus, on Alumni Drive. Sun Dome and baseball field are immediately ahead on Alumni Drive. Soccer, Softball and Tennis facilities are all north of the Sun Dome. From Sarasota and All Points South Take 75 North to Fowler Avenue exit, which is the first exit north of I-4. Veer left off of Fowler exit and proceed three miles to Bull Run (Sun Dome marquee). Turn north (right) on Bull Run and Sun Dome and baseball field are immediately ahead. All other facilities are due north. From All Points North Take 75 South to Fowler Avenue exit. Veer right to Fowler and proceed three miles to Bull Run (Sun Dome marquee). Turn north (right) on Bull Run and Sun Dome and baseball field are immediately ahead. All other facilities are due north. Distribution of Materials The USF Sun Dome does not allow unauthorized distribution of material. Please check our website or call for door times. Dress Code The USF Sun Dome asks all guests to be dressed appropriately for all events. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Points E The drop-off and pick-up point is outside of Gate B entrance at the corner of Bull Run Drive. Elevator The guest elevator is located inside Gate D Lobby. Typically, this elevator is reserved for guests who are mobility challenged. Emergency Evacuation In the event of an emergency, the USF Sun Dome staff will provide instructions and direct guests to the nearest emergency exit. Please follow the instructions of the staff and proceed in a calm and safe manner. Guests should use stairwells only to evacuate. Entrance Generally, entrance is allowed into the building an hour to an hour and a half prior to an event.

F Family Restrooms For your convenience the USF Sun Dome has (4) four family restrooms. They include all your standard toiletries and include a baby-changing table. First Aid In case of an emergency, we have a first aid room located near the Gate A lobby and it is serviced by members of the Tampa Fire Department. Food and Beverages Brought to USF Sun Dome Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into the USF Sun Dome. Guests may dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the facility. Guests with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact Nick Byer at nbyer@usf.edu. G General Admission General Admission allows you to sit anywhere within the general admission area on a first come first serve basis. Under no circumstances are you allowed to save seats for guests that are not immediately present. How You Doin? (HYD) Program I Global Spectrum s How You Doin? program is a customer service philosophy and catch phrase based off the simple question of How You Doin?. Whenever you encounter a USF Sun Dome employee they will greet you with "How You Doin'?" and a big smile. It's all part of its parent company, Comcast-Spectacor s HYD Customer Service Initiative. Inclement Weather Policy If a USF Sun Dome event is postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather, please visit our website or call the ticket office. Interpretive Services If you are in need of interpretive services for an event please contact Nick Byer at nbyer@usf.edu. Intoxicated Guests The USF Sun Dome reserves the right to deny entry to any guest that appears to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. An intoxicated guest may also be ejected from the venue if they are showing signs of impairment.

7 J Job Opportunities K L Loge Suites All part time and full time job opportunities are posted online. The loge suites offer comfortable seating on the south side of the building. There are 10 loge suites for a total of 58 great seats in the lower level. Loge suites are semi private and a great space to enjoy all Sun Dome events! The Marketing and Premium Services Department will contact you about brining you and your friends and family to the Sun Dome in style for the next great event you wish to attend! Lost and Found Lost and found is located in the Gate A lobby at the Guest Services Stand. See any staff member for assistance. You can also call the main office at Lost or Missing Individual Contact your closest Guest Services Representative or visit Guest Services in the Gate A lobby. Lost or Stolen Tickets M Mascot If you have lost your tickets or reported them stolen, please return to the point of purchase for assistance. The mascot for the University of South Florida, is Rocky D. Bull. Shortly after the University's inception in 1956, a contest was held that would determine the University's mascot. The Golden Brahman was ultimately selected and unveiled as the mascot on November 17, The USF athletics teams were known as the Golden Brahmans until the earlier 1980s, when the name was simplified to the Bulls.

8 Media Access All media credential requests for arena concerts and shows should be directed to our Director of Marketing, Allison Dobin, at Please contact to request media credentials for Athletic events. In your request, please make sure to list your name, publication, and contact information. Medical Emergencies Tampa Fire Rescue will be present for all events and can assist and treat most medical issues. If there is a need for transport, that will be coordinated by Tampa Fire Rescue as well. Merchandise The Team Store, operated by Barnes and Noble, is located at Gate A for Athletic Events and Commencements. Oui Vend handles special events and concerts with locations at N O Gate A & on the Floor as needed. Operations See Global Spectrum Outside Vending The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverage, tickets or other items on the property without written authorization by USF Sun Dome management is strictly prohibited. 10 Purchasing Tickets The USF Sun Dome Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Box Office accepts VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and cash for Sun Dome and USF Athletic events only. 12 Standing Standing on seats or in aisles is not permitted in the USF Sun Dome. We ask that you are courteous to everyone around you. Strollers We do not encourage the use of strollers in the USF Sun Dome. However, we understand the need for them. Strollers that can be folded and placed under your seat are preferred. If T they are too large or cannot be folded, guests must leave them in their vehicle. Tailgating Tailgating is not permitted. Taxis Please see any Guest Services staff to call for a taxi. Team Store The Team Store is located in the Gate A lobby. Athletic merchandise and other fan favorites can be purchased there. Ticketing Procedures The USF Sun Dome uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, guests should purchase tickets through the USF Sun Dome Box Office located at Gate A, a Ticketmaster retail location, Ticketmaster by phone or Ticketmaster.com. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission. Ticketmaster Exchange Policy No refunds or exchanges unless a USF Sun Dome event is postponed or canceled. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed please contact Ticketmaster s customer service line at Ticketmaster Fees Purchases through Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster phone or Ticketmaster retail outlets are subject to a Ticketmaster facility fee, convenience and facility fee. 13 Ticket Stubs Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event you are attending. You may be asked to present your ticket stub to verify your seat location. U Umbrellas Umbrellas are permitted in the USF Sun Dome. They must be closed and placed under your seat. V Video and Audio Equipment Policy Video and audio recording equipment is not permitted in the USF Sun Dome unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Volleyball Game Dates and Times Please refer to the following link: W Weapons No weapons of any kind are permitted in the USF Sun Dome. Licensed law enforcement officials attending the event as a guest are prohibited from carrying weapons. If you do not want to use your personal chair, we recommend leaving the chair at home or in your vehicle or you can purchase accessible seating by contacting the USF Sun Dome box office.
