Day 1 (L & D) Arrive Sri Lanka Upon arrival at the you will proceed to Kandy en route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (Entry ticket included). Approx 55 miles from Colombo, off the Colombo - Kandy road is Pinnawala, where an orphanage was started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded elephants. The number of elephants has increased to more than 65 now; including Baby Elephants brought from various parts, as well as the 23 baby elephants born as a result of the captive breeding program. Day 2 (B, L & D) After breakfast you will enjoy commence city tour, Kandy The hill capital is another World Heritage Sites. It was the last stronghold of the Sinhalese Kings during the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule and finally lost to the British in 1815 after an agreement. To the Buddhist of Sri Lanka and the World, Kandy is one of the most sacred sites as it is the home of the Dalada Maligawa - Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. Today it is the center of Buddhism, Arts, Crafts, Dancing, Music and Culture. Later you will visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden. It is one of the amazing garden in Asia and the charm of Kandy. Entry ticket of the garden is included in your tour package. Evening you will be taken for a cultural performance by various Sri Lankan dancers and musicians. Entry ticket of cultural show is included.

2 Day 3 (B, L & D) Depart Kandy / Arrive Bentota After breakfast you will visit the Turtle Farm Hatchery. Entrance fees of Turtle Farm is included. Where you can see several species of turtles, specially the hawksbill, are endangered. Most vulnerable of all are their eggs, which are left uncovered on beaches all around the coast. The good will of Kosgoda area fishermen, who brings these eggs gratis to the hatchery, has led to the hatching and release of 100,000 young turtles in only two years since the hatchery opened. An endowment by the Hasselblad Estate was responsible for the establishment of this hatchery.

3 Later today you will be taken for Bentota City tour and boating. Boating costs included in the tour cost. Day 4 (B, L & D) Depart Bentota / Arrive Colombo After breakfast you will be checkout from your hotel & you will be proceed to Colombo & checkin to Colombo hotel. In the afternoon you will enjoy the city tour & shopping of the commercial of Sri Lanka. Colombo is the business and commercial center and the new capital is Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte, which is only a few miles away. The remains of the buildings during the period and the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule are found in every area of the city. None of the Portuguese & Dutch fortifications are found today but some of their buildings and churches could be seen in the Fort & Pettah areas. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the old smith s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area where there is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings, the Kaymans Gate with the Belfry at the original gate to enter the Fort, the Dutch Church of Wolfendhaal dating back to 1749, Davatagaha Mosque. Also visit the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall), see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square. Colombo shopping, Colombo is a shopping paradise for shoppers who always enjoy a good bargain on quality clothes and fashion accessory items. At around 1 pm you will be taken for Lunch at local Indian Restaurant. Post lunch, full day till 6 pm is free to explore Colombo on your own. Later at around 6 pm you will be transferred to Colombo Airport to board your flight to Mumbai with wonderful memories of a truly amazing holiday in Sri Lanka.
