Balance must be settled 15 days before travel date. Confirmed reservations are strictly non-refundable but is considered transferable to the third party designated by the client otherwise the participant's group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance. Other expenses outside the package is charged on Pax account Cancellation of the reservation for any cause not attributable to the TRAVEL AGENCY shall cause the forfeiture of the deposit made by the CLIENT. 1. Reservations, Payments and Bookings - P500/person shall be made as Reservation Fee which will be deducted from the total package cost. - Balance must be settled 15 days before the travel date. - 4 yrs. old and below are free of charge on shared bed; 1 child allowed. - Confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable but are transferable. Otherwise the participant's group shall be responsible for the remaining balance. - Cancellation of the reservation for any cause not attributable to the TRAVEL AGENCY shall cause the forfeiture of the deposit made by the CLIENT. - In case we were not able to complete the guaranteed paying pax within 7days before the travel dates, we will or contact you for re-schedule or refund of the tour. 2. Headcount, Groupings and Room Sharing - This is a group tour of 12 to 14 persons. - We combine small groups to form 1 group of 11 to 14 guests. - Rooms is exclusive per groups you will just share van with others - Should the client reaches the maximum number of 1 group, exclusive tour is offered

4 at own preferred travel date. - Minimum of 4 persons in a room. 3. Tour Schedule, Time and Meeting Place - Subject to availability on a first come, first served basis - All tours are scheduled on weekends, Saturday to Sunday w/ Friday night as departure from Manila. - Time and meeting places are 9:00PM at Mall of Asia or 10:00PM at Trinoma 4. BaggagePolicy - One (1) bag only. Trolleys are not allowed. IMPORTANT NOTICE: 1. No Booking made yet. 2. Transportation Vehicle will be arrange by the company. 3.
