2 Farm-Stay There is something deeply restful about staying in a farm. And since sleep is when the body experiences physical growth, we encourage taking siestas and silence at bedtime. So all you'll hear are the lulling sounds of trees, crickets, and frogs. You waken invigorated, ready for the new day.

3 The KeraKera Eco - Lodge The word means to lie down, to chill. That s what people do at the KeraKera. The KeraKera was built in the 1980s as a retreat house, the largest structure in Prado Farms. Like all the other buildings, it has a homey, lived-in, period feel, having been built using recycled wood and other materials. KeraKera s charm invites you to recline, to rest, to nap from the couches strewn with throw pillows, or on the cushioned seaters, or to the rooms above. There is a coffee station in the dining room adjoining the main lodge, where guests can relax and have conversations over coffee or tea.

22 Terms and Conditions All rates are quoted with aircon use. Rates for non-aircon are less Php200/night. All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge Bed/extra bed(s) for adults and kids have the same rate. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. A 50% down-payment is required to confirm booking. Balance is due upon check-in. Credit card payments are accepted. All other charges incurred while in Prado Farms will be settled upon check-out. Drivers are not allowed to sleep inside vehicles. Drivers Quarters are available for a fee. Please inquire upon booking. Check in is at 2pm Check out is at 12nn Cancellation Policy Down-payment for a private event is non-refundable. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be done 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, your down-payment will be forfeited. Change of booking date is subject to availability.

23 Pencil Booking Kindly note that our KeraKera rooms are limited and we do get many room inquiries in a day. So we highly encourage guests to reserve dates and rooms as early as possible. Afterwards, confirm booking with a deposit within 3 days during peak season or within 2 weeks (max) during off peak, from the date of inquiry. Should we receive another inquiry for the same date, we will then contact you to give you first right of refusal to confirm or cancel your booking. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, your pencil booking will become null and void and deleted from our system. Please note that we only consider a booking confirmed, once we have received a 50% down-payment. All dates remain open for other clients until down-payment is received.

26 Some Reminders! There are no TVs and wifi in rooms. TV set and wifi are available in the Kerakera lounge. Prado Farms has no in-house clinic, but the staff has information on the nearest location for medical assistance. There is a parking area for guest vehicles. In case of power outage, Prado Farms has a generator that can support lighting and fans. Prado Farms allow guests to bring alcoholic beverages subject to corkage fee. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and houses. However, there are smoking pockets around Prado Farms. Swimming is only until 7pm. There is no lifeguard stationed in the pool area. Please bring your own towels. No outside food is allowed (unless previously arranged with the farm; subject to Prado Farms rules). There is a driver s lounge outside the farm. Meal Prices are subject to 10% service charge. Senior Citizen discount applies to basic rates only (not packaged rates). Pets are welcome. Please see our Pet Policy.

27 Pets at Prado Farms! Please follow these simple guidelines so that you can make the most out of your visit. There are no charges for a day trip, but we do charge an additional P500/day for overnight stays. When you check in, let the front desk staff know that you have a pet with you. You ll need to sign a Pet Policy Agreement, and then you and your pet can make yourselves at home. Be sure to keep your pet(s) under your supervision at all times. This is not only for the safety and well-being of our other patrons, but also of our staff and our own animals. Pets in the common areas must be controlled with a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets. We count on you to prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive, or aggressive towards other guests and animals. If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, Prado Farms management has the sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations. If your room requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet s actions, Prado Farms may charge for additional services and repairs.
