5 West 57 th Street by Hilton Club W57 owner staying at W57 property W57 owner staying at another property Another property owner staying at W57 W57 owners can use ClubPoints to book their Home Week 12 months to 9 months in advance of check-in W57 owners can use ClubPoints to make reservations 9 months to 45 days prior to check-out for any unit or season W57 owners can continue to make reservations with the inventory being shared by all HGV Club Members from 44 days prior to check-out date W57 owners can make Open Season cash reservations starting 15 days prior to check-out date for any available units W57 owners can make reservations at The District by Hilton Club and The Residences by Hilton Club 44 days prior to check-out date W57 owners cannot make reservations at Hilton Club New York at any time W57 owners can make reservations at all other Hilton Grand Vacations resorts 9 months prior to check-out date Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members who do not own at W57 can make reservations for a stay at W57 only during the Club reservation window that starts 44 days prior to check out Non-W57 owners cannot make reservations during Home Week, Home Resort or Open Season

7 The Residences by Hilton Club The Residences owner staying at The Residences property The Residences owner staying at another property Another property owner staying at The Residences The Residences owners can use ClubPoints to book their Home Week 12 months to 9 months in advance of check-in The Residences owners can use ClubPoints to make reservations 9 months to 60 days prior to check-out for any unit or season The Residences owners can continue to make reservations with the inventory being shared with owners of The District who are also making reservations from days prior to check-out date The Residences owners can continue to make reservations with the inventory being shared by all Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members from 44 days prior to check-out date The Residences owners can make Open Season cash reservations starting 30 days prior to check-out date for any available units The Residences owners can make reservations at The District days prior to check-out date exclusively with The District owners and 44 days prior to check-out with the inventory being shared with all other Hilton Grand Vacations Members The Residences owners can make reservations at West 57 th Street 44 days prior to check-out date The Residences owners cannot make reservations at Hilton Club New York at any time The Residences owners can make reservations at all other Hilton Grand Vacations resorts 9 months prior to check-out date Non-Residences/District owners can make reservations for a stay at The Residences during the Club reservation window that starts 44 days prior to check out The District owners can make reservations for a stay at The Residences starting 59 days prior to check out (with other Members not having availability until 44 days prior to check-out) Non-Residences owners cannot make reservations during Open Season
