1 LIME Lime is the vibrant, modern restaurant at PARKROYAL on Pickering, offering relaxed neighbourhood dining. A varied menu has been created to incorporate the best mix of local and Southeast Asian delicacies with contemporary International cuisine. DESIGN Lime has been designed with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, to amplify light and space. Comfortable sofas and lounge chairs in buttery-soft leather and cool linens are positioned in varying seating configurations from the large communal dining table, to snug corner tables for two. The colour palette is light and clean, featuring tones of grey and cream, allowing the bustling live kitchens and colourful cuisine to take centre stage. Service ambassadors are dressed stylishly in black and always on-hand to care for every guest.

2 UNIQUE OPEN-KITCHEN CONCEPT Lime boasts three open kitchens, setting the stage for a refreshing and interactive dining experience, from breakfast through to dinner. Chefs are on hand to interact with guests offering special creations to satisfy individual craving requests. Featuring a Pizza Oven and Rotisserie, LIME s menu is diverse and creative with daily changing specials. PRIVATE DINING ROOM The Private Dining Room is an ideal setting for an intimate yet lavish meal, with capacity for up to twelve guests. Menus can be tailored for customers to suit any occasion, from working breakfasts to celebratory dinners. ALL DAY DINING Lime offers the perfect start to the day with an abundant selection of fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, croissants and artisan breads. To help guests get the complete Singapore experience while they are here, a series of authentic local breakfast dishes such as fried carrot cake and nasi lemak will be on rotation throughout the week. Baristas are on hand to prepare fresh coffee to guest specifications and there are a range of milkshakes, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices to choose from. The live omelette station whips up creations to order as well as the signature Lime Omelette, with oyster mushrooms, spinach, shrimp and kaffir lime leaf. At lunchtime, Lime offers a buffet and a la carte array of fresh gourmet sandwiches and salads, meticulously prepared and ideal to grab and go or sit and savour. In the evening, Lime transforms into a cosy space, ideal for a casual dinner.
