Spread across fifteen acres of lush landscaped grounds, the luxurious oasis offers a relaxed environment to conduct business or just unwind. In November 2008, the Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Convention Centre has launched a New Tower adjoining the existing building. Adding grandeur to the sprawling property, the 16 storeyed Towers overlooks the Powai Lake. The architecture of this tower is conceptualized by PG Patki and Surinder Patki and the interiors are visionary expose of Mr. Wong Chin Chon-LTW Designworks.

Spread across 12,500 sq.ft, the Executive Club Lounge is one of its kind. Set on the topmost floor of the new tower, the Executive Club Lounge offers breathtaking views of Powai and Vihar Lake from either side. Based on Marriott s Great Room Lobby Concept, the Executive Lounge is aesthetically divided into different zones private business areas, board rooms, individual workstations overlooking the lake, a media wall, library, central bar, foot reflexology room and a terrace area. 5 FOOD & BEVERAGE Fratelli Fresh Another highlight of the new Tower is Fratelli Fresh, the new premium Italian restaurant; serving Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist. Overlooking the serene Powai Lake, the 150 cover gourmet restaurant enjoys a panoramic view of the lake and the Hiranandani skyline. The restaurant offers different seating options that cater to different moods and occasions Casual seating area with an open and interactive kitchen, Semi Private Dining area, 20 cover Private Dining area with a dedicated kitchen and Chef and the Deck Seating area. Fratelli Fresh offers seasonal menus with dishes made using the freshest ingredients from our Chef s very own kitchen garden, where the chef personally grows his herbs and other ingredients. Located within the environs of Fratelli Fresh is the Wine Bar; with it s impressive collection of the finest wines from across the globe. The 58 cover Wine Bar offers a casual and relaxed atmosphere which helps to unwind. The Wine Bar has a large tasting table where the guests can sample some of the most delectable wines.
