6 Conditions of booking, payment and cancellation for Guests of PLANT 2013 in period Prices according to this price offer are in effect exclusively to accommodation in period In case of desire for making a booking for preceding and following days after including dates are applying to prices according to the price list of Individual Bookings available in the Reception of the Hotel. 2. Booking can be made over the phone or by the . In order to use above discount prices giving the password is necessary: PLANT 2013 and making the guarantee of booking 3. A warranty is compulsory of amount of minimum of 50 % values of booking through: preauthorization on payment/credit card or transfer into account Centrum-Hotele. Form of preauthorization in Polish and English is available at reception of hotel. 4. Bookings are treated as guaranteed bookings (i.e. they shall be made in writing and they aren't liable to an automatic cancellation through the hotel about in case of the lack of arrival of Guest until then). Guaranteed bookings are keeping their importance for finishing hotel day i.e. to hour of next day. Lack of arrival of the Guest in the first twenty-four hours is treated as the nonjourney, Guest will be burdened with the payment of the amount of 100 % values of the first twenty-four hours with the breakfast according to prices given in this quotation. 5. For made bookings the Guest is bearing full responsibility. 6. In case of companies the same prices and the same principles are applying to Individual Guests making booking for the group like for Individual Guests. 7. Following conditions of cancellation concern bookings to a maximum including into 5 rooms: a. Reduction or cancellation of booking up to 5 days prior to the booking b. Guest can without costs annul booking, and made advance payment in one piece will be returned him 8. Following conditions of cancellation concern bookings to a maximum including from 6 rooms: a. Reduction or cancellation of booking up to 14 days prior to the booking - The guest can without costs annul the booking, and made advance payment in one piece will be returned him b. A paid value remained payment/credit card or cash at reception of hotel. Centrum-Hotele can agree effecting payment by the overflow in case of Customers which entities conducting business activity are, after producing appropriate documents, against which they will stay by them asked in the moment of making the booking in the hotel (including preauthorization on payment/credit card). 10. Payments for Centrum-Hotele carried out with transfer are being made on account Centrum-Hotele at the West WBK Bank S.A. Branch 2 in Łódź no (Code Swift: WBKPPLPP) A date of payment is a date of payment on account Centrum-Hotele. Force majeure 1. Parties can give up their job from the responsibility on account of the non-performance or undue operation of service, in time when this non-performance or undue workmanship are with result of event of force majeure. 2. Through comprehending force majeure Parties understand every event about outside character which in the moment of making a booking wasn't foreseeable by Parties, which it wasn't possible to prevent in particular natural disasters, a state of emergency, the martial law, new legal documents or administrative decisions affecting implementations services and/or other events of a similar nature which address is ruling out completion of service WE ARE INVITING
