3 Proudly presenting the Hagadone Events Center At this splendid 11,000-square-foot venue, with its massive sliding glass doors, tall fireplaces, incredible lighting and sound systems and gorgeous landscaping, nothing is spared to make this the finest setting for a private event. This is designed to be one of the finest venues anywhere in the world, says Duane Hagadone, chairman of the for the Hagadone Corporation, who envisioned the project and helped plan every detail. The south-facing location has panoramic views of Lake Coeur d Alene, bordered by the exquisitely manicured golf course on one side and a beautiful white stretch of beach on the other. More than 200 feet of sliding glass walls showcase those views. Outdoor events take place in a grassy area overlooking the lake, surrounded by privacy berms planted with 20,000 petunias and 5,000 junipers. A 57-foot-long stage and speaker s rostrum seemingly float in the middle of the reflecting pool. The audience hears everything perfectly, thanks to a wireless speaker system hidden throughout the landscaping. The infinity-edge pool has a tiled deck, beach umbrellas and lounges, with a full-time attendant, food and beverage service, and fully furnished private cabanas. The building is designed by world-famous architect Guy Dreier, and features the very latest in technology, building materials and design concepts. There is space for up to 350 people indoors, or up to 700 guests by incorporating the outdoor patio.
