CONVENTION CENTER Conveniently located on the third floor with direct access from the hotel or casino floor, our Convention Center consists of a Ballroom and several adjacent meeting rooms, all of which are fully equipped with high-speed internet, wi-fi and state-of-the-art A/V equipment. No matter what size event you are planning, the Convention Center offers a great deal of flexibility and can be customized to meet your special event needs. BALLROOM Our 14,600 square foot Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,200 guests banquet style or 1,400 guests reception style. Depending on your event needs, the Ballroom can be divided into four smaller sections, allowing flexibility and customization. Several smaller, adjacent meeting rooms are available for overflow and breakout sessions. Additionally, the Ballroom is equipped with a pre-function area and terrace overlooking the Arkansas River, ideal locations for receptions or registration areas. MEETING ROOM AND BOARD ROOMS Conveniently located across from the Ballroom are six auxiliary meeting rooms ranging in size and capabilities. The meeting room is 1,900 square feet and can be divided into two smaller sections. Additionally, there are five boardrooms perfect for small business meetings and presentations. THE LAWN The Lawn is 36,000 square feet of green grass overlooking the Arkansas River. This area can accommodate up to 2,400 guests banquet style or 3,600 reception style. 17

Concerts BOK Center and Cain s Ballroom are two of the best live music venues in the nation, and they re practically right across the street in downtown Tulsa. Sports Tulsa is a huge sports town. Two D-1 basketball teams play in Tulsa plus the Tulsa Drillers, the AA affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Tulsa Oilers of the Central Hockey League play at the BOK Center. Museums Philbrook Museum of Art located in a 72-room Italian villa in one of Tulsa s finest neighborhoods has an incredible array of classic, contemporary, modern and Native American art.
