Average asking lease rates for distribution product remained the same while average asking rates for flex spaces increased slightly. There were approximately 183 industrial leases executed in the third quarter of While the largest lease was 163,000 square feet, there were only four leases completed over 40,000 square feet, with a majority being under 15,000 square feet.
